We offer process solutions for all types of fruit and for all stages of production: from the delivery of fresh fruit, through extraction or pressing to the final packaging of the juice aseptically or by hot filling. Alternatively, we build plant for the preparation of quality juice, starting from pureés and concentrates in aseptic drums, while respecting the organoleptic properties of the fruit. In both cases, our technologies ensure that a homogeneous and natural liquid is obtained thanks to a perfect combination of the blended products. All Ing.A.Rossi production plant is highly automated, and can be operated from a control room, in order to minimise operator error and guarantee repeatability and precision in the process. Production lines can also be integrated with waste water purification plants, and can cater for both small and large-scale production: we don’t have any volume limits. OC Paneluxe™ multiend roving represents a compelling solution for panels where excellent translucency performance is required. Produced with patented Advantex® corrosion resistant ECR glass by Owens Corning and compatible with unsaturated polyester resins. EXCELLENT PROCESSING Designed for excellent processing at various line speeds, OC Paneluxe™ roving features easy unwinding and chopping, flat laydown, and uniform dispersion with low fuzz and static. With high impregnation and wetthrough characteristics, the product allows excellent resin flow in translucent applications. IMPRESSIVE AESTHETICS Excellent fiber distribution provides a homogeneous surface aspect with limited fiber prints, resulting in consistent thickness throughout the laminate. Absence of white fibers and fiber springback along with significant reduction of air entrapment ensures excellent translucency of laminates.

Tecno Impianti designs and manufactures mechanical descalers Mod. DM which are utilized for descaling the wire before the it is processed on our cold rolling lines. Our mechanical descalers are available in different configurations, according to the wire diameter and the application which has to be run. The descaling rolls are manufactured in tungsten carbide.

System that guarantee an accurate proportional dosage in a process line. A flow-meter measures the instantaneous flow rate and a digital metering pump doses the right quantity of additive. Suitable for: clarifying agents, arabic gum, enzymes, flavors, coloring substances.

Data sheet Product Modular AERMIST CAR filters were studied and designed to separate oil from aspirated air by passing the fluid through several separation stages and they are easy to use with machine tools and automatic processing lines. This model is suitable for filtering both oil emulsions and neat oils. AERMIST CAR filters can be equipped with an “idle” module that allows for the recuperation of oil even during normal filter functioning. To further improve the efficiency of the AERMIST CAR system, the cartridges can be covered with a special drain pad (optional), which is able to hold a large quantity of pollutant and lengthen the life of the cartridge. The filtered oil deposits in the lower part of the separator and exits through the special discharge siphon. That allows for almost all of the oil to be recuperated and therefore assures the relative recycling.
