The COMPACT 7-valve filling monobloc is a solution designed for small wineries producing prestigious wines. It can be equipped with a capper for crown caps and dedicated to bottling bottle-refermented craft beer. The central star positions 7 bottles under the taps, which are filled through the tank's descent. While these bottles are capped upon exit, one by one, another set of 7 bottles is positioned under the tank. The semi-annular filling tank made of stainless steel allows the use of nitrogen in the tank. Filling occurs through a slight pressure of inert gas, preventing the dispersion of volatile components. The conveyors are configured so that only one operator is needed. Production: up to 1,000 bph (bottles per hour).

Isobaric Monoblocs for bottling carbonated liquids such as mineral water, soft drinks, beer, and sparkling wines. Comprising a rinsing turret (optional), a high-pressure filling turret, and a capping head for each closure type. The rotary filling groups are available starting from 6 valves and can be configured in various versions. The machine consists of a base with adjustable supports, welded to a rigid structure to reduce vibrations. On the base, you'll find the central support for the filler, the motorization, and gears that control the movements of both the screw conveyor and the bottle inlet/outlet stars. The isobaric tank is fixed to the cylinder-carrying flange via the tank height adjustment device. The specific filling valves are fixed to the isobaric tank. Equipped with a control panel featuring low-voltage buttons and thermal relays. Production: from 1,000 to 15,000 bottles per hour.

Fixed ladders are entirely made of isophthalic resin and fibreglass (FRP) and their wall installation is performed through FRP or stainless steel brackets. Also the screws for assembling the safety cage are made of stainless steel. Fixed ladders are of different types: 1. ladders serving machinery or plants in accordance with UNI EN ISO 14122-1/4 and tested according to UNI EN 131-2 standard; 2. ladders suitable for use in direct contact with drinking water; 3. double stringer ladders for inspection manholes with the CE marking in accordance with UNI EN 14396 standard.

Ionic exchange polymers, when in touch with a solution containing salt compounds (i.e. ions), exchange certain ions with other ions having the same electric charge. In particular, potassium ions can be exchanged with hydrogen ions which will create a new tartaric acid molecule. Moreover, other ions, such as calcium, iron and copper, are partially exchanged. This treatment lowers the pH giving added protection against bacterial attacks (for example rettanomyces) which could generate anomalous fermentations.

In a crossflow filtration the filter-surface is a semipermeable membrane. The liquid passes through the membrane and across of it. Thus keeps it clean. Used for wine, fruit fermented, mead, beer. The membranes used by Bared do not create any mechanical resistance: are delicate on the product and do not increase its temperature. Filtration with Bared systems guarantees the brilliant and sterile product in one passage compared to other systems that require more filtration stages with resulting in greater stress on the product.

The C 19, a double effect concentrator operating under vacuum, is the result of a special study taking into consideration specific operating needs; its performance is as good as the most sophisticated multiple effect equipment using a descending veil. Ideal for wine producers who wish to maintain uniform quality unaffected by the vagaries of the climate, the technique is used to carry out oenological practices especially suitable for enriching sugar and maintaining the right balance of components in the must to ensure that the wineís typical features remain unaltered. Application of this technique is particularly successful with must from red grapes as it produces wine with enhanced tannin content and a richer colour. An efficient scraped heat exchanger is used in the final stages of the process and reduces the temperature of the concentrate to an optimum value, either for storage or for immediate addition to the mass.

High solid cross-flow filter C51 with filtering module in sintered stainless steel is created to be particularly suitable for filtering juice lees from flotation and centrifuge, wine lees and more generally cross flow filters waste.
