Our staff, who are specially trained and kept constantly up-to-date with the latest developments, produce special and automatic machines, production lines and industrial plants, automation and handling systems, prototypes and newly developed machines, material handling and automation systems, equipment and lines. The on-site engineering department at the Nole plant provides specialist consulting on the production of ad hoc industrial machines and systems, which are designed according to customer requirements using advanced 3D design software. Fixed ladders are entirely made of isophthalic resin and fibreglass (FRP) and their wall installation is performed through FRP or stainless steel brackets. Also the screws for assembling the safety cage are made of stainless steel. Fixed ladders are of different types: 1. ladders serving machinery or plants in accordance with UNI EN ISO 14122-1/4 and tested according to UNI EN 131-2 standard; 2. ladders suitable for use in direct contact with drinking water; 3. double stringer ladders for inspection manholes with the CE marking in accordance with UNI EN 14396 standard.

Ionic exchange polymers, when in touch with a solution containing salt compounds (i.e. ions), exchange certain ions with other ions having the same electric charge. In particular, potassium ions can be exchanged with hydrogen ions which will create a new tartaric acid molecule. Moreover, other ions, such as calcium, iron and copper, are partially exchanged. This treatment lowers the pH giving added protection against bacterial attacks (for example rettanomyces) which could generate anomalous fermentations.

The membranes used by Bared do not create any mechanical resistance: are delicate on the product and do not increase its temperature. Filtration with Bared systems guarantees the brilliant and sterile product in one passage compared to other systems that require more filtration stages with resulting in greater stress on the product.
