Multiaxial reinforcements are fabrics composed of two or more plies, or layers of unidirectional fibers, the optimal reinforcement configuration. Owens Corning redefines multiaxial noncrimp fabric reinforcements.

Owens Corning complexes (combinations of woven roving & chopped strand mat) are designed for to address both a mechanical function (WR) and an aesthetic function (CSM) in a single layer.

The Multimat®, Multimat® Lite and Multicore® fabrics are designed for stretchability, high compression resistance that help fast wet out and high mechanical properties; as well as good permeability, high conformability that helps surface aspect and enables various part thickness.
