The stairs panel is made up of a suitably shaped polystyrene (EPS) sheet, wherein the riser and tread can vary according to the needs of the project. The polystyrene is covered by two electrowelded mesh joined by connectors. This prefabricated panel is reinforced and completed with concrete casting in the special ribs inside the EPS polystyrene.

The software, designed by Schnell Home engineers, makes the production and installation of prefabricated sandwich panels much easier. The software works with AutoCAD and calculates the m² of insulating panels, the optional mesh , the quantities of materials and the necessary manpower hours; executes the production list by listing the number and dimensions of the different sandwich panels to be produced; produces the drawings to be used on site for the assembly and cutting of polystyrene panels (EPS); the cuts are calculated to optimize the production and minimize wastes.

Robotic plant for the production of prefabricated sandwich panels made up of one or more assembling machines working side by side fed by a robot that loads the produced mesh and the polystyrene sheets that have already been cut. Once assembled, another robot placed at the end of the machine, unloads, stacks and binds the polystyrene panels to be used as main walls, partitions and infill walls of prefabricated and industrial buildings.

Mesh welding machine for the production of electro welded meshes supplied by bars and coils. This machine produces electro welded meshes with transversal wires prestraightened and cut to size and longitudinal wires supplied directly from coils. The mesh maximum width is equal to 1250 mm and the length is unlimited. These electrowelded mesh are used for the production of prefabricated sandwich panels.

Machine for the assembly of the (EPS) polystyrene sheet shaped to two external electrowelded mesh. The assembling machine welds the vertical connectors to the two external mesh, producing the prefabricated sandwich panel. This way it is possible to produce all types of insulated panels single panels, double panels and floor panels of different thicknesses, ideal for the construction of residential, commercial and industrial buildings.

The floor panel is a sandwich panel used for floor and roof coverings, whose thickness varies according to the spans and the design loads. This prefab panel, prefabricated in the factory, is generally completed on site by placing concrete into the ribs and upper concrete casting a sort of a disposable, insulating formwork, whose thickness of polystyrene (EPS) varies according to the requirements of insulation and structural resistance. Alternatively, the reinforcement and casting can be done directly in the factory, as for the prefabricated concrete floors. These insulated precast panels are used for floors of structures completely made with panels; floors of buildings made with prefabricated structures, onsite castings or made with metal structure; floors of prefabricated modules.

The double panel is made of two single sandwich panels, assembled leaving an intermediate crawl space of variable thickness depending on the type of building and the required wall resistance. These panels, prefabricated in the factory, are completed with concrete casting in the central crawl space the double panel could therefore be defined as a disposable, insulating formwork, whose thickness of polystyrene (EPS) sheets varies according to the insulation requirements. Externally, the double panel is completed using traditional plaster. This insulated precast panel is mainly used for main walls in structures completely built with insulating panels; main walls in structures with wooden roof or any other material.
