The software, designed by Schnell Home engineers, makes the production and installation of prefabricated sandwich panels much easier. The software works with AutoCAD and calculates the m² of insulating panels, the optional mesh , the quantities of materials and the necessary manpower hours; executes the production list by listing the number and dimensions of the different sandwich panels to be produced; produces the drawings to be used on site for the assembly and cutting of polystyrene panels (EPS); the cuts are calculated to optimize the production and minimize wastes.

Robotic plant for the production of prefabricated sandwich panels made up of one or more assembling machines working side by side fed by a robot that loads the produced mesh and the polystyrene sheets that have already been cut. Once assembled, another robot placed at the end of the machine, unloads, stacks and binds the polystyrene panels to be used as main walls, partitions and infill walls of prefabricated and industrial buildings.

This machine produces electro welded meshes with transversal wires prestraightened and cut to size and longitudinal wires supplied directly from coils. The mesh maximum width is equal to 1250 mm and the length is unlimited. These electrowelded mesh are used for the production of prefabricated sandwich panels.
