Cooking is the most important process for food preparation. It shall respect the health regulations avoiding in teh mean time the modification of the nutritional and organoleptic properties of the product. VOMM Turbo Cooker allows to obtain a product perfectly homogeneous and constant in the time. VOMM process, compared to traditional processes, takes short residence time and permits to control perfectly the temperature. The particular design of the plant facilitates a simple and efficient cleaning procedure at the end of the production cycle, achieving the highest hygienic standard using hot or cold washing with water and water detergent (CIP system). The high speed and the mechanical action of the turbine optimize the cleaning action of detergents and anti-bacteria products. Pilot plant is available in VOMM R&D department in Rozzano.

Sage is an aromatic herb with a woody stem, and thick silver-green leaves that generate a very intense aroma. It is used for physiotherapy, in the cosmetic field as a toothpaste, and in the culinary field to flavor roasts and game. Available in punnet or polystyrene of various weight.

Rosemary is an aromatic herb with a very branched and woody stem. Due to its antiseptic power, rosemary is used to marinate meat, flavor it and preserve it from putrefaction. It is also used in the medical field to treat skin affections and in the aesthetic one, as a stimulating cosmetic. Available in punnet or polystyrene of various weight.

Smooth Parsley is an aromatic herb, used to flavor a large part of foods, both vegetables and animals. Rich in vitamins and minerals, it helps fight bad breath. Available in punnet or polystyrene of various weight.

Mint is an aromatic herb used to prepare infusions, herbal teas and cocktails. Thanks to menthol, it has stimulating properties for the stomach, against gastrointestinal disorders, and analgesic properties. Excellent remedy against car sickness, it should however be taken without exaggerating to avoid damage to the nervous system. Available in punnet or polystyrene of various weight.

Coriander is a particularly pungent aromatic herb. It is part of the preparation of some cured meats, it gives flavor to meat, fish and vegetables, but also makes beers, biscuits and sugared almonds fragrant. Available in punnet or polystyrene of various weight.

Laurel is an aromatic herb with very fragrant dark green leaves. It is used in the kitchen to flavor meat and fish, and treated with alcohol to create an aromatic liqueur with digestive and stimulating properties. Available in punnet or polystyrene of various weight.

The LTW series wheels are manufactured in high grade Polyamide and filled with glass fibers plus additional natural fibers, and molded through a new vaacum and material drying process to assure high resistance in temperatures bewteen -40°C and +150°C. They are available with plain bore and with HQS self lubricating bushes, to allow a good rolling capacity in any condition of use. The LTW wheels can be fitted into a specific series of brackets for high/low temperatures, which are specifically studied and produced to fulfill the extremely wide variability of conditions to which they are submitted in the world of uses in temperatures and bakery / food industry. Brackets are fully certified and manufactured with food and sanitary grade Stainless Steel in AISI 304 / 316, and are available in both metric and inches standard sizes, and are also available in double-layer galvanized pressed steel.
