Combined cut-to-length and recoiling lines, that decoil, straighten, cut and recoil various kinds of sheet metal. They are suitable for coils of sheet-metal of any kind and with max thickness 4 mm. The results are parcels of blanks that can be piled-up with a stacker and recoiled strips of different widths, even obtained by partial cut. Our plants are provided of remote assistance equipment, to guarantee precise and immediate interventions, to modify the software parameters and quickly solve emergencies and stops of the machines.

It is sensible to use this tool on machines possesing an RPM switchover facility for drilling and tapping.

PACK POINT 08 - CASE ERECTOR Semiautomatic carton erector. It forms the bottom of uniform size batches of American type boxes, with operator. Operation is simple , just insert the open box in the case erector. The four bottom flaps are folded and the box is automatically locked in position for filling. A pneumatic pusher makes the expulsion of the box to a taping machine . The PACK POINT 08 when combined with a taping machine is a compact and productive semi-automatic packaging line. The machine is equipped with 4 wheels with brakes.

CJS 25 HI is an electronic dosing device with load cells for semi-automatic filling of bags with max weight 25 kg. Hopper capacity 300 l, bags weight 2-25 kg. The machine is suitable for the automatic dosage of granular products with a good flowability. The dispenser is mainly formed by a welded and painted tubular steel, stainless steel, loading hopper with pneumatic closing, fast discharge channel, slow discharge channel with vibrator to achieve the exact weight, weighing hopper installed on load cells, pneumatic device for locking the empty bag, PLC operator interface and user-friendly keyboard. The dispenser can be combined with a motorized conveyor for automatic loading of the product and to a free or motorized conveyor for unloading the full bag, it can also be combinated with an automatic packaging machine. All parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel. Ideal for packaging of pellets, granulated foods, dried pasta (short), cereals, coffee, nuts, sugar, etc.

TF 6540 FA SHRINK WRAPPER MACHINE WITH PNEUMATIC PUSHER TF 6540 FA semiautomatic sleeve sealing machine with pneumatic pusher suitable for shrink packing both single object and combined. Shrink packing machine is used in many industrial sectors such as printing, pharmacy, floor, beverage, beer etc. and it’s suitable for all kinds of shrink films such as PVC, POF, PP, PE etc The machine is equipped with motorized reel holder and stabilizer plate for light parcels. After the process of sealing & cutting, the products enter the shrink tunnel BS 5540 M automatically.

HOOD PACKAGING MACHINES - FP 5540 – FP 7060 SERIES L-seal hood shrink packaging machine combines sealing with shrinking into one step. The operator places the product between the two layers of mono-fold film, then moves the package into the sealing area and lowers the hood. When the shrink time is completed, the hood is returned to the up position and the operator may remove the completed package . The transparent cover makes the process of sealing & cutting and shrinking be visible. Colours: dark gray or orange depending on availability. It suitable for PVC shrink films with max. thickness 30 my and POF shrink films with max. thickness 19 my. Two models are available with a support surface of mm. 500x400x250h - mm. 650x550x300h. The dimensions of the support surface are to be considered with the hood closed. The volume cannot be completely filled by the box or by the product to be packaged as space must always be left for the passage of hot air around the product.

FPXBAG-NEW is an innovative semiautomatic vertical packaging machine which combines different existing technologies with unique innovations. FPXBAG-NEW is an easy to use, economical and functional form-fill-seal machine which creates 3 hermetic sealing bags starting from a plain foil roll. Compared to the other vertical machines, FPXBAG-NEW has an innovative system of forming box which allows to get a fast format change. This systems reduces the machine shot-down and we gain in productivity. Moreover the two clamps of the horizontal sealing allow to keep the forming bag in position reducing the any break possibility. The machine is supplied with 1 forming tube type 200 (suitable for making bags with a width of 185 mm). On request it is possible to have forming tubes with different sizes, type 200 and type 250.

Take care that the tool and the axis of the hole are exactly aligned and use a suitable cutting oil.
