Upenders are designed to safely tilt big and heavy coils – either from horizontal into vertical or reversed. This fast and easy coil handling solution gets rid of “adventurous” tilting methods that often will endanger the operator. Chains and other lifting aids which damage the coil rims become obsolete. Upenders allow 90 degrees tilting of coils; Combination machines will also rotate 180 degrees. Both can handle up to 25 tons.

In form, double strength. For the optimum processing of your individual requirements we simply combine our transfluid forming techniques, as simple as that, in particular the axial forming and the rollforming. The additional clamping unit makes even extreme forming feasible in one work sequence. The cutting before the axial tube forming is also possible, as well as the rollforming of a preformed geometry. That saves you valuable time. A strong partnership axial forming and rollforming. Our t form combination machines is the perfect union of axial and rolling tube processing, with up to 6 axial forming steps, two rollforming stations, two powered tool holders for flange orientation and an additional clamping unit. The horizontal clamping system makes the processing of bent tube geometries possible.

With the acquisition in June 2011 of the Fiber Laser we have the possibility to work in combined mode as if we had a combination machine: punching takes place on the 5000R and laser cutting on the Fiber Laser after a very accurate optical calibration. This technology allows to get the best of both worlds: simple shapes are cut at optimal speed on the punching machine whereas more complex shapes are cut with the Fibre laser after optical calibration. It is also possible to perform thread forming and dimpling (form countersinking). The accuracy of these machine is 0.1 mm for metal sheets up to 3000x1500mm. They are equipped with an automatic loader and unloader.

Combined cut-to-length and recoiling lines, that decoil, straighten, cut and recoil various kinds of sheet metal. They are suitable for coils of sheet-metal of any kind and with max thickness 4 mm. The results are parcels of blanks that can be piled-up with a stacker and recoiled strips of different widths, even obtained by partial cut. Our plants are provided of remote assistance equipment, to guarantee precise and immediate interventions, to modify the software parameters and quickly solve emergencies and stops of the machines.
