Isobaric Monoblocs for bottling carbonated liquids such as mineral water, soft drinks, beer, and sparkling wines. Comprising a rinsing turret (optional), a high-pressure filling turret, and a capping head for each closure type. The rotary filling groups are available starting from 6 valves and can be configured in various versions. The machine consists of a base with adjustable supports, welded to a rigid structure to reduce vibrations. On the base, you'll find the central support for the filler, the motorization, and gears that control the movements of both the screw conveyor and the bottle inlet/outlet stars. The isobaric tank is fixed to the cylinder-carrying flange via the tank height adjustment device. The specific filling valves are fixed to the isobaric tank. Equipped with a control panel featuring low-voltage buttons and thermal relays. Production: from 1,000 to 15,000 bottles per hour.

The inspection tank caps are generally used for canopies of power generators and on tanks of agricultural machines and industrial vehicles, spray dryer, water tanks and so on. The BE series pumps are simple and robust and are characterised by their monoblock design. The drive unit, thanks to the hallow shaft and to the rear cover provided with an IEC flange, is directly fixed to the pump by creating a unique compact and light body. The new design, with smooth cover and fixing nut built in the rotors, improves the cleaning standard. The lobe pumps of this series are provided only with bilobe rotary piston rotors in S.S. 316 L or in antifriction alloy CY5SnBiM, which ensure an excellent volumetric efficiency and a smooth and regular transfer of several liquid or viscous products. In less demanding works, the BE pumps can replace the B pumps and, meeting the increasing demand of cheap lobe pumps with good sanitary standard, allow to widen the utilization possibilities of the OMAC lobe pumps.
