Kullen-Koti roller brushes 302 are indeed unique and easy-to-handle: you only purchase the roller brush core once and easily refill it yourself with the corresponding strip brushes after wear. And besides, it is a very economical brush system. The ruged construction allows problem-free operation also in adverse conditions. Roller brushes type 302 consit of a tubular steel or stainless steel core and exchangeable strip brushes which are mounted in axial direction around the circumference. The brush core can be supplied either with journals or with arbor hole for mounting on the existing primary shaft. With the roller brush type 302 (mS) the strip brushes are fixed in side flanges. With type 302 (oS) the strip brushes are fixed directly on the tubular core with clamping plates. The two constructions of sealing brushes are: Strip brush construction: that means our strip brushes with metal backing are mounted in plastic profiles. Punched brush construction: consisting of a solid plastic profile with bundle holes in which the fill material has been mechanically anchored. Depending on the fill material you can choose a fill density of high EA1, medium EA2 or low EA3. The BE series pumps are simple and robust and are characterised by their monoblock design. The drive unit, thanks to the hallow shaft and to the rear cover provided with an IEC flange, is directly fixed to the pump by creating a unique compact and light body. H20 Timber beams TAVR are designated for application as a bearing element of wall formwork. The flanges are made of solid oriented wood, that helps the beam to have very high load-bearing capacity. Plywood web made of high-quality Northern coniferous trees has a width of 24 mm. Beams up to 3 meters long produced of undisturbed strip. For production beam over 3 meters long wall is interlocked with a quality longitudinal pin (3 cm). The web and flanges are fixed by glued mini-dovetail jointing. The beam surface was treated with a special yellow paint that made its surface weather resistant and all beams are supplied with plastic caps that helps to protect them from damages and prolong it`s service life.
