The D.76 tank cap with key is used for different applications in several industrial fields, such as generating sets, soundproofed canopy gensets, container, lighting towers, earth moving machines, wheel excavators, auxiliary tanks and so on. Product resulted suitable to approval tests according to the International Standards.

G3 fuel tank cap for gasoline, diesel or biodiesel, hydraulic oil, lubricating oil and cleansers, in stainless steel and galvanised steel material, with internal bayonet coupling passage diameter 40 mm and different types of sealing gasket in relation to the fluid in the tank. It is available hermetic, ventilated or ventilated through valves. For the optimal operation of the endothermic engine or in case it is required by law or specific regulations, the G3 tank cap can be equipped with unidirectional valves, that allow both the expulsion of vapors generated by fuel and the air inlet into the tank; moreover, in case of tank overturning, the loss of fuel is limited by the valves of controlled ventilation system. It can be supplied, on request, equipped with safety chains or cables. This product shall be sold with our bayonet filling systems passage 40 mm.

We supply this cap with variable or fixed code key or with the universal fixed code key 455: in this case, a single key allows to open all the components with keyed alike locking system, for example in a soundproofed cabin of power generator (cap with key, Pushbutton actuator with key, Handle with key, Selector switch activator key).
