RUST, Amaro concettuale is a natural bitter made through cold infusion of a high quantity of juniper berries, cinchona and elderberries, fine citrus peels, fig pulp, and wild and medicinal plants from the Mediterranean maquis including mint and eucalyptus. The infusion of the botanicals in alcohol rests in the dark for several months. - To the eye it appears amber-coloured - On the nose it is balsamic, herbaceous; the bitter hints of cinchona blend into the balsamic streaks of eucalyptus - The honey from sulla gives the taste a sophisticated touch - Persistent aftertaste with a finish of sweet Mediterranean spicy notes.
