The proposed semi-automatic line includes a GEM 52 taping machine for boxes with side drive belts. Before the taping machine, a PACK POINT 08 box former was positioned, which makes it faster and easier to form and fill the boxes. Once the boxes have been filled, it is possible to advance them towards the taping line by pressing the appropriate button on the former.

The idle roller with boxes-stopper plan allows the operator to "lock" the box still to be closed and make the filling operations. Depending on customer requirements can be matched more filling stations. For safer packaging, especially of fragile goods such as glasses, bottles and cosmetics, it is also possible to place beside the operator a machine to create air cushions.

BASE CARTON SEALER B52/B670/B820 Base for the closure of only the funds of boxes by means self-adhesive tape. Structure of the machine body made of sheet steel bent, bolted and painted, the movement of the cartons is done by two side drive belts driven by a single motor, adjustments for the different formats are made through flywheels. The machine is equipped with 4 wheels with brakes. The taping bases can be used both in semi-automatic lines with operator and in automatic lines or with box formers. The GEM B52 model is available in the version without guards for semi-automatic use or with side guards for insertion in the line. On the other hand, the B670F and B820F versions are only available with side protections for use in automatic lines or in combination with an automatic box former. The GEM B52 models can also be made of stainless steel.

PLANS BEARING DIAMETER 12 mm Suited to the handling of products with rigid bottom, allow to move with a push packages in any direction. Are normally used in semi-automatic lines where there are several discharge conveyors and the operator has to choose the direction that must take a specific product / package. The standard plans are made with ball diameters of 12 mm, wheelbase 37.5 in staggered rows.

Semi-automatic line consisting of taping machine FP9036 with side straps (or FP9037 with straps above and below) for closing the upper and lower flap of the box and special plan for loading products. To facilitate the packaging operation of the products, an idle conveyor roller with boxes-stopper plan has been positioned before the taping machine. The DSL professional inkjet marker is suitable for marking on porous surfaces (cartons, cartons). Thanks to the external ink tank, it is possible to position the marker on automatic lines and save considerably on consumables and cartridge replacement times. The cartridges contain 420 ml. The cost of printing is about 5 times lower than the other FPA2 series markers. It allows to print alphanumeric texts, logos, date / time, codes, counter, lot and 1D & 2D barcode, distributed on different lines with a total height of 12,7 mm. The minimum printing height is about 5,4 mm. The marking speed can be set directly on the marker keypad and it is therefore possible to write accurately and without deformation of the characters. The cartridges are very durable, have a duration of tens of thousands of markings and do not require maintenance. The marker is however equipped with an automatic nozzle cleaning system. Thanks to the SD card (included in the package) you can save up to 999 messages.

The tying machine with wire FP ASTRO-C2 is suited to the binding of small-sized products, particularly delicate, of variable size. By simply tying the elastic thread FP ASTRO-C2 ensures bundles of flowers or vegetable bundles and packs of small industrial products such as pens and hoses, ligation of labels on cans (preserves, mustards, jams, pickles), small packages of labels, stickers and many more. The minimum diameter of a beam is 7 mm. The machine is conceived and designed to also be used in automatic lines, on request can be realized versions in vertical or upside down. The FP ASTRO-C2 has renewed mechanism FEED IN which ensures a high speed and accurate ligation of the product. This tying machine is also equipped with a delivery system (KRS) that controls the release of the node. In this way the product is associated with the minimum voltage so as not to be damaged.

PNEUMATIC CENTERING DEVICE WITH MOTORIZED ROLLERS (MOD. CP-FM) MANUFACTURERS VERSION Feeder - centering device useful for centering boxes max width mm. 650 and max weight kg. 50. Can be combined with automatic taping and labeling machines. The box centering machine mod. CP-FM consists of a motorized roller conveyor and two pneumatically operated side guides. The metal parts are painted with epoxy powder while the other components are galvanized. The pneumatic centering device with motorized rollers is a module for builders to be completed and adapted to an automatic line. It is available in two versions: Manufacturers version and "plug and play" version: In the "manufacturers" version, the centering device is supplied complete with: - Motorized roller conveyor with start and stop button and emergency mushroom, at a fixed speed of 15 meters / minute - Pneumatic tail lifts and compressed air system up to the gate movement management valve.

EXTENDABLE MOTORIZED ROLLER CONVEYORS SERIES REM The motorized extensible roller conveyors are designed for moving boxes and packages with flat surfaces. They are normally positioned in automatic lines and used for the accumulation of the boxes. They are equipped with legs with wheels and are easily extendable and closable. They can then be moved and stretched, taking up very little space when not in use. The fully automatic strapping machine mod. TP 201 with side sealing is particularly suitable for strapping furniture, household appliances, palletised loads and high packages. It can be inserted in lines where the available space or the limited height of the conveyor do not allow the use of a standard strapping machine. The strap is automatically launched, tensioned, welded and cut, speeding up the strapping operations. The strapping machine, suitably modified, can be easily inserted into automatic packaging lines and can also work without an operator.
