Roller inductors are used in the production of synthetic fibres or in embossing processes in the graphics industry. Different roll diameters can be applied and one or more axial heating zones can be realised depending on the requirements. Surface mount inductors are used for heating processes in the food industry, in packaging machines or in embossing processes in the graphics industry. Inductor design and manufacture continues to be one of eldec’s core competences. The inductor forms the foundation of every eldec induction machine. Every inductor is specifically made-to-order for a workpiece. The basis of this is the frequency, material and power density which means that precisely that area of the workpiece is heated that should be heated. eldec heating cables are used for the heating of large components. The form of the inductor and its design are tailored to the geometry of the workpiece area it is to heat. An inductor from eldec is designed using the very latest 3-D CAD solid modelling software, manufactured on CNC machine tools and built by trained personnel with excellent training at eldec in Germany and the USA. This means that every inductor is made to measure, precise and highly accurate.

Innovacera manufactures many kinds of metalized ceramic coil bodies for electrical inductors, including the H-shapes, U shape and Bone-shaped and so on. The main material of metalized ceramic coil bodies is 96 Alumina and the metallized coating material is W, Ni, Au etc. Our factory have more than 20 years of metalized ceramics producing experiences, can give a prompt solution for R&D project. The metalized bodies is partially metalized , ceramic inductor coil bodies cores can make very small size which it is big helpful for the electrical systems , wire-winding technique, electronics devices and electrical coils components miniaturization developed.

Unlike air coils, bobbin coils, as the name already suggests, have a ferromagnetic body or coil former made of different material. The advantage of solenoid bobbin coils: higher inductances can be generated. Whether complicated to manufacture or adapted to special requirements - thanks to in-house winding lines, KUK produces the right bobbin coil for you. The bobbin coils are partly manufactured on standard coil formers. However, we mainly wind onto customer-specific coil formers. We wind bobbin coils from enamelled copper wire or alternative conductor material and thus achieve optimum results in customer-specific applications. We will be happy to advise you on the optimum core material for your solenoid bobbin coil. Variable inline foam inductor with foam induction 1-6%. Three flow rates are available - 225LPM, 450LPM or 900LPM. Inlet and outlet can be 2.1/2" instantaneous or threaded. Complete with pick up tube.
