The range of IBC container filling systems and IBC container emptying systems from IFA Technology is versatile and ranges from small individual stations to large shelves offering space for several IBC containers. We consider your individual requirements and build customised IBC container filling stations and IBC container emptying stations for you. Our systems enable, for instance, automatic emptying and switching over of containers or the recording of filling levels. For this we consider the requirements of the German Water Resources Act (WHG) and the ATEX directive of the European Union.

PM10, PM11, PM12 IBC tanks are commonly used for storage and transportation of chemicals, fluids, food and dangerous materials usually required by UN certification of storage. CAPACITY – effective 1000L capacity, effective for transportation. USAGE – simple and fast fill in, with 2 inch and 3 inch valve, wide inlet (150mm and 225mm). SAFETY – Made of high density and quality PE. Resistant to acids, alkalines, oils and other chemicals. Provided with metal housing and pallet – PM10 wood, PM11 plastic, PM12 plastic.

The IBC/Bpro-Container Jacket Heater is an insulated heater jacket for the heating of bottle-in-a-cage containers. All four sides of the container are covered by the heater. The container heater has two separate heating circuits (top and bottom), allowing for an economical heating of half-filled containers, too. The HILC unheated insulated lid can be used in addition to shorten the heat-up time. The IBC/B heating jacket can also be combined with the IBC/A container base heater. It's a silicone heater mat that is placed below the plastic container before that is filled.

IBC/A-Container Base Heaters are used for the heating of bag-in-box containers. It's a silicone heater mat that is placed below the bag before that is filled. For a faster warming, an additional unheated insulating sheath covering the four sides and the HILC unheated insulated lid can be used. The IBC/Bpro-Container heating jacket as well as the HILC unheated insulated lid are perfect means to support the IBC/A base heater. Using the base heater together with the heating jacket and the insulation cover accelerates the heating process and to reduces heat losses.

The containers of polluting liquids must be stored in a safe manner, in order to prevent contamination of the aquifers in particular. The collection tanks are watertight, oven-painted with epoxy powders and equipped with a hot-galvanized, removable grid. Color RAL 5010 blue. They are also equipped with special seats for forklift loading. IBC discharge valve with 90° hose nozzle and sealing cap. The hose can also be closed with the enclosed sealing cap. Hose nozzle external PA Ø 30 mm, suitable for flexible hoses. The IBC discharge valve is a sturdy, high-quality ball valve with a hose connection and connection adapter including seal, for standard thread S 60x6 external or 1" external, designed to fit all commonly used European IBC containers. With the appropriate thread, the discharge valve can also be screwed directly onto the original discharge valve that is already on the IBC tank if the original valve is leaking or faulty. In this way the IBC discharge valve ensures fast and reliable residual emptying of the container with good dosing. The discharge valve is an indispensable accessory to ensure a professional connection of the hose or for filling from your IBC container.

The Drum pump F/FP 427 is ideal for hygienic applications and suitable for conveying media out of drums, IBCs and other containers. It can be easily and quickly disassembled for cleaning / sterilization and can be completely stripped down to individual parts. The pump has minimal dead spots. The drive shaft, the inner and the outer tube are made of stainless steel (316 Ti resp. 1.4581). The pump is also available as FOOD and 3A certified version and complies with international safety standards.
