The range of IBC container filling systems and IBC container emptying systems from IFA Technology is versatile and ranges from small individual stations to large shelves offering space for several IBC containers. We consider your individual requirements and build customised IBC container filling stations and IBC container emptying stations for you. Our systems enable, for instance, automatic emptying and switching over of containers or the recording of filling levels. For this we consider the requirements of the German Water Resources Act (WHG) and the ATEX directive of the European Union.

The IBC/Bpro-Container Jacket Heater is an insulated heater jacket for the heating of bottle-in-a-cage containers. All four sides of the container are covered by the heater. The container heater has two separate heating circuits (top and bottom), allowing for an economical heating of half-filled containers, too. The HILC unheated insulated lid can be used in addition to shorten the heat-up time. The IBC/B heating jacket can also be combined with the IBC/A container base heater. It's a silicone heater mat that is placed below the plastic container before that is filled.

IBC/A-Container Base Heaters are used for the heating of bag-in-box containers. It's a silicone heater mat that is placed below the bag before that is filled. For a faster warming, an additional unheated insulating sheath covering the four sides and the HILC unheated insulated lid can be used. The IBC/Bpro-Container heating jacket as well as the HILC unheated insulated lid are perfect means to support the IBC/A base heater. Using the base heater together with the heating jacket and the insulation cover accelerates the heating process and to reduces heat losses.

Rent or hire mobile, drivable, foldable collection trays, e.g. for filling trucks, drums and IBC containers. These are a simple and effective means of collecting escaping substances, not only in industry when there is only a temporary need or capacity bottlenecks. UV-resistant and therefore suitable for outdoor use. There are two standard sizes for the folding tubs for hire: 1) Small: approx. 1.8 x 2.4 m x 0.3 m, volume 1344 l, 1 approx. 16 kg weight. 2) Medium: approx. 3.25 m x 3.25 m x 0.3 m, volume 2820 l, approx. 33 kg weight 3) Other sizes on request. The tub walls are foldable and the tub floor can be carefully driven over with a forklift truck.

IBC discharge valve with 90° hose nozzle and sealing cap. The hose can also be closed with the enclosed sealing cap. Hose nozzle external PA Ø 30 mm, suitable for flexible hoses. The IBC discharge valve is a sturdy, high-quality ball valve with a hose connection and connection adapter including seal, for standard thread S 60x6 external or 1" external, designed to fit all commonly used European IBC containers. With the appropriate thread, the discharge valve can also be screwed directly onto the original discharge valve that is already on the IBC tank if the original valve is leaking or faulty. In this way the IBC discharge valve ensures fast and reliable residual emptying of the container with good dosing. The discharge valve is an indispensable accessory to ensure a professional connection of the hose or for filling from your IBC container.

The horizontal pumping unit is suitable for emptying aqueous and fatty foodstuffs from IBC containers or tanks and is the perfect alternative to vertical drum pumps. We check and control among other things the compatibility of the substances, the effect of environmental influences as well as the conformity with legal requirements. We ensure compliance with various regulations such as the German Water Resources Act (WHG) or Explosive Atmospheres Directive (ATEX) by means of temperature-controlled storage tanks and the blanketing of the relevant substances by means of nitrogen, dry air or gas displacement systems or their circulation via agitators or circulation.

The Drum pump F/FP 427 is ideal for hygienic applications and suitable for conveying media out of drums, IBCs and other containers. It can be easily and quickly disassembled for cleaning / sterilization and can be completely stripped down to individual parts. The pump has minimal dead spots. The drive shaft, the inner and the outer tube are made of stainless steel (316 Ti resp. 1.4581). The pump is also available as FOOD and 3A certified version and complies with international safety standards. The horizontal Drum and container pump F 430 TR is ideal for conveying media from IBCs, tanks and other containers with low level outlet. E.g. if a tank is not accessible from the top, or if the spatial conditions do not allow use of a vertical pump. For cleaning, the pump can be easily and quickly taken apart in its two main components. The pump is available in stainless steel or polypropylene. The stainless steel version can also be used in hazardous areas. Pump F 430 PP 100/50 in polypropylene was designed for higher delivery pressure. Instead of a rotor, it is equipped with an impeller in a pump housing. In connection with the powerful FLUX motors the pump delivers a far higher pressure of over 3 bar compared to pumps with semi-axial rotors. This makes it especially convenient for conveying media out of e.g. IBCs and other containers into higher lying pipe systems or out of an IBC in the basement to a higher floor. Fully automatic labelling machine for labelling drum pallets IBC Conatiner All chemicals are subject to mandatory classification and labelling before they are placed on the market. Often, several labels (product label, hazardous goods label and logistics label) are used up on the containers or drum pallets. Labelling can take place in a continuous flow or at a standstill. Vacuum belts are used for transferring labels to the drum, which can process different label sizes with the appropriate special vacuum plate. APPLICATION AREAS: EKX-4 (2-pole) is mounted stationary, close to the loading/unloading gantry. It is used in gas and dust hazardous areas of zone 1 and 21 for objects to be grounded, that cannot be detected by the standard 1-pole Grounding Control Device EKX-4 such as containers, IBCs or barrels.
