According to Cretan food standards and by respecting the olive tree fruit itself, we have created an extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality and produced in the olive groves from the Kolymvari area in the island of Crete, where olive trees are cultivated through years of care and with a high sense of responsibility and respect towards the product.
