Versatile, turnkey diesel high-pressure pumping units Special applications require customised high-pressure systems, which KAMAT can provide from the initial project idea through to turnkey installation, with 100% of the manufacture taking place in-house. Depending on the application, our customers can choose from a range of drives, power transmission components, PLC controls, measuring systems, data transmission, remote controls, pneumatic and electric valve controls, chassis and sound insulation. However, the units are ready for use on the base frame on which they are delivered. KAMAT diesel-powered units are traditionally used in industrial cleaning and pressure testing, mining and water hydraulics, but special solutions for special fluids or to meet explosion protection requirements are also part of the KAMAT range. It makes no difference whether the customer requires a mobile or stationary unit.

Screw-in heaters are versatile and intended for heating liquid media in industrial and commercial applications. When selecting, the specific surface load permitted for the respective medium must be observed and checked by the customer. EHK G1 1/2 are mainly used to heat water and aqueous solutions. 3 tubular heating elements ø 8,5mm made of stainless steel 1.4404 resp. Incoloy 825 brazed in G1 1/2″ thread made of brass (lead free) or stainless steel. Connection to 230/400 V3 (N), rotatable stainless steel terminal box. This new addition to our product line is a compact heat exchanger made from high-alloyed stainless steel and can handle temperatures up to 550°C. Its compact and modular design makes it extremely versatile and easy to service. Our exhaust gas heat exchanger is designed to recover heat from exhaust gas produced for example by combustion engines used in combined heat and power plants. The heat exchanger transfers the heat from the exhaust gas to a liquid (water or water-glycol solutions).
