Screw-in heaters are versatile and intended for heating liquid media in industrial and commercial applications. When selecting, the specific surface load permitted for the respective medium must be observed and checked by the customer. EHK G1 1/2 are mainly used to heat water and aqueous solutions. 3 tubular heating elements ø 8,5mm made of stainless steel 1.4404 resp. Incoloy 825 brazed in G1 1/2″ thread made of brass (lead free) or stainless steel. Connection to 230/400 V3 (N), rotatable stainless steel terminal box. Use e.g. in washing machines, dishwashers, tempering equipment, laboratory equipment. The heaters are also suitable for water heating with photovoltaics, primarily the EHK G1128xxx series. This new addition to our product line is a compact heat exchanger made from high-alloyed stainless steel and can handle temperatures up to 550°C. Its compact and modular design makes it extremely versatile and easy to service. Our exhaust gas heat exchanger is designed to recover heat from exhaust gas produced for example by combustion engines used in combined heat and power plants. The heat exchanger transfers the heat from the exhaust gas to a liquid (water or water-glycol solutions). When heated up, this liquid can be used in central heating systems; for preheating air in the combustion chambers of furnaces and turbines; to dry coal, pulp, wood and other materials as well as for generating electricity with a Rankine process.

The patented gwk solution includes cold water temperature controllers that can be operated without glycol in the temperature range between 0 °C and 25 °C. The user can select between two models that are differing in cooling capacity and flow rate. A precise microprocessor control with simultaneous indication of nominal and actual value, the simple one-touch operation, optional interfaces at the front panel and external sensor connection, splash-water proofed electrics and the cabling with CEE-socket ready for connection make the unit ready for immediate use. Leak stop operation, mould draining, acoustic alarm, automatic filling and top up, additional manual filling possibility for conditioned water, strainer in the cooling water connection and parts out of corrosion resistant materials that are in contact with the medium are part of the comprehensive standard equipment.
