The New C2E Decanter Centrifuges for Small Treatment Plants Flottweg presents a new era of sludge dewatering for small sewage treatment plants. The C2E decanter centrifuge was developed specifically for the dewatering and thickening of smaller sludge loading rates. It features all of Flottweg's know-how in a compact, space-saving design. Over five decades, Flottweg has gathered rich knowledge of the area of sewage sludge thickening and dewatering. That know-how has been transferred into a new generation of environmental centrifuges. Our requirements for the C2E are just as high as for the big Flottweg Decanters. Disposal costs still play a central role, even for small communities. Flottweg C series decanters around the world process 25 million liters of sewage sludge per hour. The dewatering and thickening of sewage sludge plays a decisive role in the wastewater treatment process. Requirements for the quality and efficiency of sewage treatment plants increase year after year, not least driven by the increasing costs of energy and disposal. As a result, the state of the art is now to use decanter centrifuges to dewater and/or thicken the incoming sludge. Flottweg developed the decanters of the C series especially for this purpose. The C7E represents the largest of all the C machines. The C7E increases the proportion of dry substance in the sludge, thereby reducing its volume and weight (due to loss of water). That means that operators need to dispose of, recycle, or burn less sludge. The result: enormous potential savings for the operators of sewage treatment plants.

The B80 KME series was developed as a wet-installed centrifugal immersion pump for stationary use in tanks and basins. SYSTEM SOLUTIONS FOR GAS STORAGE With the Lipp gas holder Lipp offers a tried and tested system solution which is complete in itself, for unpressurised storage of biogas, sewage gas and landfill gas. This solution is chiefly used for municipal waste water treatment plants and landfills. Due to its design, as well as high functional and operational safety, it also ensures low maintenance costs over a very long service life. This is mainly because the sensitive gas holder is protected against UV radiation and other environmental influences by a steel container manufactured with the Lipp dual seam system. Furthermore, this construction method allows an exact leak test and highly accurate metrological monitoring of the gas fill level. Both aspects are essential for safe and efficient plant operation. With certification according to § 19 WHG for Lipp GmbH and DVGW approval of the gas storage tank, further conditions are met for use in municipal waste water treatment plants.

ATMOSPHERIC PRESSURE, MAINTENANCE FREE AND PROTECTED AGAINST EXTERNAL EFFECTS The pressureless gas storage system of Lipp is used for the storage of gas produced on landfill sites, waste water treatment plants and also as external storage on biogas plants. The system is determined by its robust and technical advanced construction where the gas balloon is protected by a galvanized steel tank. This protects the balloon against UV light and also other external factors. The system is mostly utilized at landfill sites or WWTP to buffer the gas before its further processing. The experience gained during the past decades has improved the complete system and the single components and makes it a perfect choice for end users and general contractors.

WASTE TO ENERGY INDUSTRY BIOGAS FROM ANAEROBIC WASTE WATER TREATMENT AND WASTE FERMENTATION PLANTS. Due to their technical characteristics and profitability, Lipp tank and system solutions are used in a variety of industrial biogas plants. Two areas of application can be distinguished, which in many cases also follow both objectives. APPROPRIATE PROCESS TECHNOLOGY, SUITABLE CONTAINER TECHNOLOGY AND THE RIGHT DIMENSIONSFirst, the anaerobic treatment of various industrial waste waters, such as in food production, biofuels or similar. The main objective here is the anaerobic pretreatment of highly contaminated but easily degradable waste water to reduce the COD load before it can go to the next stage of aerobic waste water treatment. The challenge is that in spite of the low DM content, a high degree of degradation is achieved by biomass retention or return and at the same time, biogas is produced. Servo motors in hydropower plants normally operate water hydraulically. These servo motors perform the functions of opening, closing and control of shutoff and regulating devices and must be able to maintain the setting position at any prevailing pressure.

Kaplan turbines are typically used for river power plants on calm waters. The blade angle runner blades (Kaplan blades) is adjustable. The pressure of the water flow, which is controlled by the guide vanes of the upstream wicker gate, can then be efficiently converted into energy. The bidirectional MANOY® system seal WP, type 444, in the form of a continuous ring was developed to protect the hydraulic adjustment device and prevent hydraulic fluid leakage. Type 449 is particularly useful for maintenance work because rather than being continuous in circumference, the seal is open and has a guide blade.

Our biodegradable jars are ready for manufacturing in Germany and in Japan. We have two different mateial grades, 'Premium' and 'Universal'. 'Premium' material which contains visible wood chips adds natural and luxurious look to our customer's product., while 'Universal' material with smaller wood chip inside gives smooth texture and fits well with our customers' brand image. 4 different size jars(7ml, 9ml, 133ml and 200ml ) are currently available for oily and powder cosmetics such as balm and shea butter oils. 150ml jar is going to be availabel in 2022 Q1.
