Sampling tube manufactured in a clean room specially designed for disposable use. Due to the blue colour, it is also perfect for use in the food, animal feed and pharmaceutical industries. The scaled sample container can be used for an exact measurement. After sampling, the container can be closed and is leakproof. The closed handle structure ensures secure handling. The sample container is available with 50 ml, 100 ml or 250 ml content. Depending on the design, container openings can be sampled from a diameter of 52 mm (2" barrel opening), 65 mm or 85 mm. This makes DispoDipper ideal for extracting samples from barrels, canisters and other containers. DispoDipper is completely manufactured in one piece and can be used for sampling and subsequent transport of the sample in one device. In this way, cross-contamination or sample impurities are impossible.

The round tubes are manufactured from a coil that is bent and electric resistance welded (ERW). The forming process can be according to EN 10210, which foresees hot forming or cold forming followed by heat treatment, or according to EN 10219, which foresees cold forming without following heat treatments. The finished product is fully killed and welding seam bead is inside and outside trimmed. These products are used to manufacture both welded and bolted structures, in the field of constructions, engineering, industrial constructions, transports, automotive, agricultural machinery and earth moving machinery. The wide range of product portfolio of coils with different tube diameters, tube patterns, fin profiles, materials and options allows us to customize our coils for any specific application and fluids: air heaters, air coolers, condensers and evaporators for HVAC and various industrial applications. Kelvion heat exchanger coils are manufactured with copper tubes and aluminum or copper fins. The fins are equipped with special profiles developed at our R&D department enhancing heat transfer and keeping pressure drop at a moderate level. The customized fin spacing is achieved by collars which also provide the contact between the fin block and the tubes. We develop and manufacture Venturi tubes and nozzles as individual components or as complete VMF® systems. The VenturiMasterFlow® measuring system, VMF® for short, is used for the precise measurement of air or gas volume and mass flows 100,000 m³/h The flow measurement by means of a Venturi tube or Venturi nozzle is characterized by high measuring accuracies up to 0.5% MW and a fast response time < 10 ms. A further benefit is the high long-term stability of the measuring element.

We offer you standardised complete systems for the measurement of volume & mass flows. We use measuring elements that have established themselves within previously built customer-specific test benches and convince with high measuring accuracy. We develop and manufacture Venturi tubes and nozzles as individual components or as VMF® complete systems. The VenturiMasterFlow® measuring system, VMF® for short, is used for the precise measurement of air or gas volume and mass flows of 100,000 m³/h. The core of the VMF® system is the FlowProcessor, a PC system with the corresponding data acquisition hardware. Venturi nozzles convince by a low remaining pressure loss and are suitable for flow measurement of gases with high temperatures. The software developed under LabVIEW is operated either via touch screen or with mouse and keyboard.

We manufacture reagent and centrifuge tubes in standard sizes and also with special dimensions and versions from soda glass, borosilicate glass, neutral glass, and quartz glass – optionally with or without flanged rim. All our tubes have a flame burnished rim and can be supplied with a rounded, flat or pointed conical bottom. We are able to process tubes with diameters up to 40 mm, and lengths up to about 500 mm – also thick-walled tubes. Special reagent micro tubes We are able to manufacture reagent micro tubes with rounded bottoms, i.e. with very small dimensions. For example, soda glass tubes with rounded bottom, flame burnished rim, 3 mm diameter, and a length of 20 mm. Test tubes with notch for thermal processes These special test tubes were developed to enable ventilation of the tube’s interior during a thermal process. The notch prevents complete closure and thus an over pressure.

Our sample tubes are used for X-ray fine structure analysis of single crystals, powder specimens, and liquid crystals. Based on the low absorption through the glass the extremely thin-walled capillaries allow the analysis of small samples sealed in a gas and moisture proof environment. According to the Debye-Scherrer method or in gerneral SAXS (small angle x-Ray scattering) and WAXS (wide angle x-Ray scattering) measurements can be made with our mark tubes, which are also named XRD capillaries. The wall thickness of only about 10 µm makes the tubes particularly suitable for high-precision measurements. Sinlge-wire diameter ranging from Ø 0.10 mm to Ø 0.40 mm. Cross-section ranging from 0.25 mm² bis 400 mm². Tubular shielding braid is smoothly expandable and has a very good shielding effect.
