Sampling tube manufactured in a clean room specially designed for disposable use. Due to the blue colour, it is also perfect for use in the food, animal feed and pharmaceutical industries. The scaled sample container can be used for an exact measurement. After sampling, the container can be closed and is leakproof. The closed handle structure ensures secure handling. The sample container is available with 50 ml, 100 ml or 250 ml content. Depending on the design, container openings can be sampled from a diameter of 52 mm (2" barrel opening), 65 mm or 85 mm. This makes DispoDipper ideal for extracting samples from barrels, canisters and other containers. DispoDipper is completely manufactured in one piece and can be used for sampling and subsequent transport of the sample in one device. In this way, cross-contamination or sample impurities are impossible.

The wide range of product portfolio of coils with different tube diameters, tube patterns, fin profiles, materials and options allows us to customize our coils for any specific application and fluids: air heaters, air coolers, condensers and evaporators for HVAC and various industrial applications. Kelvion heat exchanger coils are manufactured with copper tubes and aluminum or copper fins. The fins are equipped with special profiles developed at our R&D department enhancing heat transfer and keeping pressure drop at a moderate level. The customized fin spacing is achieved by collars which also provide the contact between the fin block and the tubes. Mechanical expansion of the tubes guarantees a perfect bond between the fins and the tubes leading to maximum heat transfer between both fluids.

Our sample tubes are used for X-ray fine structure analysis of single crystals, powder specimens, and liquid crystals. Based on the low absorption through the glass the extremely thin-walled capillaries allow the analysis of small samples sealed in a gas and moisture proof environment. According to the Debye-Scherrer method or in gerneral SAXS (small angle x-Ray scattering) and WAXS (wide angle x-Ray scattering) measurements can be made with our mark tubes, which are also named XRD capillaries. The wall thickness of only about 10 µm makes the tubes particularly suitable for high-precision measurements. We manufacture reagent and centrifuge tubes in standard sizes and also with special dimensions and versions from soda glass, borosilicate glass, neutral glass, and quartz glass – optionally with or without flanged rim. All our tubes have a flame burnished rim and can be supplied with a rounded, flat or pointed conical bottom. We are able to process tubes with diameters up to 40 mm, and lengths up to about 500 mm – also thick-walled tubes. Special reagent micro tubes We are able to manufacture reagent micro tubes with rounded bottoms, i.e. with very small dimensions. For example, soda glass tubes with rounded bottom, flame burnished rim, 3 mm diameter, and a length of 20 mm. Test tubes with notch for thermal processes These special test tubes were developed to enable ventilation of the tube’s interior during a thermal process. The notch prevents complete closure and thus an over pressure.

We offer a wide range of tubes for the automatic or manual determination of the melting or boiling points of liquids and solids. For this, the samples are heated slowly in the test tube until they reach their melting or boiling point. Our flow meters offers a wide range of rear and side connection options. Only special measuring tubes that have been manufactured and calibrated according to customer specification are used. Due to its design, the 4A flow meter for example is ideally suitable for panel mounting and wall mounting. A glass can easily be replaced while still installed.

Shielding braids consist of bobbin wires, located parallel, which have been braided into a tube. Manufactured from Cu-ETP1, Cu-OF1, LEONI-Histral®-alloys (upon request), aluminium and stainless steel, with coating in bare, tin-plated, nickel-plated or silver-plated, hard or soft annealed. Sinlge-wire diameter ranging from Ø 0.10 mm to Ø 0.40 mm. Cross-section ranging from 0.25 mm² bis 400 mm². Tubular shielding braid is smoothly expandable and has a very good shielding effect. The couverage can be determined precisely by changing the braiding angle. Suitable for electrical and mechanical shielding of wires, cables, cable bundles and cable harnesses.

Examples of applications include pressure switches or thermostats: Deep-drawing techniques to manufacture seamless tubing up to 50mm ID and 450mm length - in wall-thicknesses as low as 0,064mm. Based on this, our smalles precision bellows start with only 6X4,2mm. Mainly requested with individual bottom shape, they are performing as reliable force transmitters.
