The Emperor is a uniquely shaped double-deck structure that incorporates glass, aluminum and wooden elements, setting a new and exceptional standard for temporary venues. The Emperor offers you the look of a permanent building, with all the flexibility of a temporary one. The highly versatile Emperor can incorporate balconies (with over-sailing canopies that offer shade and a distinctive profile) as well as internal mezzanine levels that can be used to create double height voids through the structure, adding to the overall feeling of spaciousness. The process photometer ZPM measures the transmission of optical transparent materials like silica, glass, crystal, or plastics plates. The influence of ambient light is minimized by using a modulation technique. This is of special importance for the measurement of scattering samples. Yoke photometers measure at a fixed wavelength between 254 nm and 980 nm or with selectable wavelengths, for example, red (630 nm), green (520 nm), and blue (470 nm) for ZPM RGB. Our range includes more than 30 wavelengths; thus, the photometer can be optimally adapted to the application. Transmission data are steadily shown on the display. Measuring data can be read by a computer or PLC (optionally) manually or after being triggered. The device under test can be adjusted and fixed using the optional alignment table. We also manufacture individual yoke photometers for scattering samples or custom sizes. You can take advantage of the modular base unit and our in-house CAD-CAM production.

Whether as electrical isolator or sensor-feed-through, our thin glass plates with defined edge- and inner hole-processing are suited ideally. The reason for this are the specific glass-characteristics. The high electrical insulation value or the high transparency of glass make use of its advantages. Always customized on your application!

POLIFILM is offering a variety of solutions for glass protection. Typically transparent or translucent protection films are used for glass protection. For application, which do not require specific UV or weather resistance we have developed natural rubber adhesive systems, which can also be used for coated (low energy) glass. For applications with higher requirements concerning weathering performance we offer protection films with acrylic adhesives, which typically feature a 3 to 6 month weather resistance. In the United States of America POLIFILM developed an innovative product concept, which allows protection of glass under construction conditions for a period exceeding 12 months. This development was jointly conducted with Cardinal Glass.
