The Datapaq Furnace Tracker Systems for Glass Tempering and Bending from Fluke Process Instruments feature the Datapaq DP5 data logger, low height thermal barriers from our TB75/TB77 range, thermocouples and our intuitive Insight™ Software to create a complete solution. The 7xxx alloy provides the highest T6 strength among current aluminum alloys and has significantly higher strength over incumbent 6xxx alloys. This in turn offers potential for lightweighting of structural parts over advanced high strength steel options without compromising performance requirements. The alloy-temper can be optimized to provide good balance between strength, crash performance and corrosion resistance. Advanz™ 7UHS – s701 is an excellent choice for strength-dominated structural components, such as A-pillar, B-pillar, door beams as well as various other structural reinforcements. This product exhibits excellent specific strength and specific energy absorption along with good hot formability making it an ideal material for lightweighting of structural reinforcements. Raytek GS150 thermal imaging systems enable automated quality control in glass bending, forming, annealing, and tempering processes. The GS150LE variant is especially designed for Low-E (low emissivity) glass / one-side coated flat glass. It features automatic emissivity correction. Hard anodizing (or hard coating) is the electrolytic oxidation of semi-finished aluminum products, which improves a surface in such a way that high demands are made in terms of wear resistance and high corrosion protection.
