The RESISTOMAT® model 2311 has been designed and optimized for high-speed applications in automation systems. Up to 100 measurements per second can be achieved. It works on the basis of the welltried four-wire measurement method in which test-lead resistances and contact resistances are eliminated. The instrument leads are monitored for damage by a built-in open circuit detector. A 2-way and 4-way comparator with switching outputs is available for classifications and selections. Of course, temperature compensation is available for any test object material. Specific temperature coefficients can be entered. Temperature recording takes place using a PT100 sensor or a temperature transmitter (pyrometer) with an analog output. A special circuit for protecting the measurement input when measuring inductive test objects has been developed to prevent damage to the meter from voltage peaks produced when the test object is disconnected.

Analogue 2-wire temperature Transmitter The OPTITEMP TT 10 is an analogue, multirange 2-wire temperature transmitter which works together with RTDs of the type Pt100. The main field of application is an industrial environment, therefore the device has a high reliability and an excellent industrial performance. The OPTITEMP TT 10 series consists of 2 different versions in terms of the mounting. The TT 10 R is the rail-mount version for DIN rails whereas the TT 10 C is primarily intended to be mounted in a "B connection head" or larger according to DIN EN 50446. As an alternative you can also mount the in-head version on a DIN rail according to EN 60715 with the help of an optionally available rail mounting kit.

Analogue 3-wire temperature Transmitter The OPTITEMP TT 11 is an analogue, multirange 3-wire temperature transmitter which works together with single resistance thermometers of the type Pt100 and Pt1000. A special feature of the device is its 0...10 VDC output that predestines it for the HVAC systems in building services applications. The transmitter has a high reliability and a good industrial performance. The OPTITEMP TT 11 series consists of 2 different versions in terms of the mounting. The TT 11 R is the rail-mount version for DIN rails whereas the TT 11 C is primarily intended to be mounted in a "B connection head" or larger according to DIN EN 50446. Sensor with extension tube for screw-in The OPTITEMP TRA/TCA-S12 is a temperature assembly for screw-in. It is predominantly used in the lower temperature range (up to +150°C / +302°F). When it features a neck tube, spatially separating the process connection from the  connection head, the connection head cannot heat up as much. This is particularly important when there is a temperature transmitter in the connection head. Form acc. The DKRF670 Series by Driesen + Kern GmbH was developed for measuring humidity related parameters especially in industrial applications. All models have a relative humidity measuring range of 0...100%RH and can also measure temperature. Calculated variables such as absolute humidity (g/m3), dew point (°C), mixing ratio (g/kg) are optionally available. The series' measurements are very accurate for humidity (up to +/-1.8%RH) as well as temperature (up to +/-0.1K). An ISO9001 traceable certificate is included in delivery. Three analog output signals are provided for a customer-specific combination of the chosen parameters (relative humidity, temperature, absolute humidity, mixing ratio, dew point). The DKRF420 is a transducer for humidity and temperature designed for flush-mounted boxes. Their benefits become evident when used in museums and historic buildings or in pharmaceutical and medical laboratories. The transducer’s electronic components completely immerse into the flush-mounted box (required mounting depth: 30 mm). It is covered by a mounting plate and can be plastered leaving only the small stainless steel probe (d=8 mm, l=20 mm) stick out of the wall.

The HMW90 Series Humidity and Temperature Transmitters are designed for demanding HVAC applications, where high accuracy, stability, and reliable operation are required. The flexible HMW90 series offers a variety of options and features. Transmitters include a display and a sliding cover with either an opening for the display or a solid front. Both analog and digital output options, including special scalings and calculated parameters, are available.

Vaisala INTERCAP® Humidity and Temperature Transmitter Series HMDW80 measure relative humidity and temperature in various building automation applications. Transmitters combine easy installation and reliable operation with a low requirement for maintenance. The versatile HMDW80 series includes transmitters for wall and duct mounting, IP65-classified transmitters for humid areas, and transmitters with a radiation shield for outdoor use. It also includes temperature-only transmitters and transmitters with an optional display. Calculated humidity parameters – dew point temperature, wet bulb temperature, and enthalpy – are also available.

The Pressure Switch F01 fulfils the high requirements of the EN13849-1 Machinery Directive. The F01 can be used for systems with Performance Level PL d and for safety-critical applications. The F01 has an E1 approval. The F01 is available for pressure ranges from 10 to 1200 bar and has two switching outputs which switch inverted to each other. The F01 is also available with one switching and one analog output. The current output is read back by the F01 to ensure the output signal is emitted correctly. To be able to use the F01 in many applications, users can select different pressure connections. The electrical contact takes place via a 5-pole M12 connector. Through the calibration of the transmitter via temperature, a total accuracy of 1 % FS can be achieved within a range of 0...80 °C. The maximum media temperature totals +125 °C. The stainless steel parts coming into contact with media guarantee maximum media compatibility in combination with the welded thin-film measurement cell.

Thermowells are generally used where they remain in the measured medium and only the temperature sensor is to be replaced or retrofitted or the measured media must not touch the temperature sensor directly. Thermowells also provide protection against mechanical stress. Labom thermowells are manufactured according to national standards or to customer specifications. The corresponding Labom dial thermometers and temperature measuring transmitters are optimally adapted to them in metrological terms.
