Dosing system DB 10: lubrication made easy The dosing system DB 10 uses a pressure vessel with a capacity of 10 litres. This is equipped with a filler ball valve and plastic funnel, a pressure regulator with bleed screw and a safety pressure relief valve. A float switch is fitted to regulate the fill level. There are two dosing valves on the underside. This dosing system is available in the following versions: DB 10 H – with poppet valve DB 40 – with 40 litre reservoir DB 40 H – with 40 litre reservoir and poppet valve

The spigot Compact for canisters and barrels captivates everyone through its compact build, which makes the valve on the canister ideal for use in refrigerators and on racks, etc. The short discharge does not protrude out over the lower edge of the container, which makes the valve a perfect choice even when space is very limited. The discharge's specially optimised design creates an even stream of liquid with no splashing or spattering. The spigot features easy motion and a tight seal. It is screwed on with a connecting cap nut. This guarantees a vertical position of the valve and makes it possible to adjust the valve later on. The Compact spigot fits all containers with G 3/4" connecting threads. PP, PE and PTFE are materials that offer outstanding chemical resistance to acids and alkalis. The Compact spigot is the ideal addition to the compact jerrycans – for perfect storage and filling when space is at a premium!

The GEMÜ 202 directly controlled 2/2-way solenoid valve has a completely plastic encapsulated coil. The armature is sealed by a bellows made of PTFE backed by an additional safety diaphragm. The valve body is available in various materials and with a straight through or angle valve body design. The GEMÜ 0326 directly controlled 3/2-way pilot solenoid valve is designed for mounting to a compact aluminium rail as a valve battery for mounting in control cabinets or as a valve manifold near the pneumatic components to be controlled. The pressure relief valves GEMÜ N085 and N185 protect the plant and the piping system against gauge pressure and reduces pressure peaks. The third pipe spigot enables the valve to be installed in the main pipe. If the pressure increases, the spring is raised and the valve opens. The pressure is reduced to the preset value and can escape via the third pipe spigot into an adjacent pipe. If the pressure falls, the spring force presses the diaphragm in the direction of the seal seat and it is closed. The spring force can be adjusted as required using a set screw. - Valve adjustments can also be made under working pressure. - The optimization of piston, springs and control face ensures good control characteristics - The actuator is hermetically separated from the medium

The GEMÜ N082, N182 and N782 pressure reducers ensure that a constant outlet pressure is maintained in process plant utilizing the pressure differential.If the pressure rises on the outlet side, the spring force is lower and the valve closes as the spring is raised. The pressure is reduced until the spring force and the outlet pressure are the same. If the pressure falls, the valve opens as the spring force presses against the diaphragm surface via the control aperture. The outlet pressure can be read off a diaphragm-protected pressure gauge (not available for N782) and the spring force adjusted using a set screw as required. - The working pressure can be very easily adjusted using a set screw and secured with the integrated lock nut. If required, the setting that has been made can be lead sealed - The flow-efficient design of the valve body ensures good flow rate values - Control errors are kept to a minimum due to the large control face and the spiral spring

Fittings Our manufacturing site in Switzerland produces over 100 different types of fitting under cleanroom conditions in compliance with DIN 16901-140. The fitting bodies are made of PFA, while the union nuts are made of PFA, PVDF or CPFA. We stock all the connections available on the market too. Emmen cleanroom plant GEMÜ has be producing valves and fittings at its new cleanroom plant in Emmen (Canton of Lucerne, Switzerland) since September 2012. A state-of-the-art manufacturing and assembly facility was built here when, thanks to commercial success, the capacity of our site in Rotkreuz could no longer keep up with demand. When planning and developing the facility, designers focused on creating a contemporary quality management system that is fit for the future. These valves fitted with microbatteries operate only after being actuated by an electrical impulse. This impulse is triggered by moving your hand in front of the sensor, which triggers the extremely robust pilot valve. After water has been dispensed, the valve returns to its inoperative position. This valve is characterized by robustness, durability and small size. Benefit The low power consumption by the impulse control is ideally suited for use in electronically controlled taps with battery operation. The valve is constructed entirely of water-approved materials and is certified according to KTW, W270, WRAS, ACS and NSF 61.
