The fanless VMT9000 series is a vehicle and logistics terminal that is suitable for indoor and outdoor use, as well as for cool areas. The terminals can be mounted on all logistics, agricultural and construction vehicles. The design of the terminal is particularly robust for these areas of application, but at the same time compact and guarantees reliable operation even under extreme conditions. Thanks to the sunlight readable display, it is easy to read the screen even in direct sunlight. In addition to Windows®, IGEL and Linux, the terminals are now also compatible with Android™. The OPD9000 series are full HD widescreen monitors that make it easy to operate complex software applications. The IPC9000 is an easy-to-install box PC for installation in control cabinets. The box PC series is the ideal solution for demanding industrial applications. Installation of the IPC9000 is quick and easy. The device is installed by hanging it on the din rail in the control cabinet. Despite the fanless cooling concept, the use of powerful processors is possible. With the additional HDBaseT transmitter module, the IPC9000 can be installed in the control cabinet and connected to a monitor such as the OPD or MMD series up to 100 metres. For quick servicing, users can access the flash SSD or CMOS battery via the easily accessible service flap.

High UV irradiance combined with a uniform irradiated area is the key feature of the surface LED series SFL-UV. The SFL-UV modules are water-cooled high-power UV LED sources with an intelligent LED driver. The absence of ineffective infrared radiation reduces the heat compared to conventional UV lamps. Three standard sizes are available with light-emitting areas of 100 x 100 mm to 200 x 200 mm. Customized sizes are available on request. Independent of size, we offer two versions. The HO versions reach high irradiance of up to 5500 mW/cm², while the ECO versions still offer up to 2000 mW/cm². Both irradiances are measured at a distance of 10 mm to the emitting window. The high irradiance allows extremely short processing times. Wavelengths of 365, 385, 395, 405, and 450 nm are available for many different applications.

With the UV LED series L, we combine the benefits of the UV LEDS compared to the UV lamps; these are initial start, dimmability, long service life and a lower heat input with an economical UV LED system. Irradiances of up to 5,5 W/cm² are reached on the surface. The high irradiance enables short processing times. For different applications, wavelengths of 365nm, 385 nm, 395 nm, 405 nm, and 450 nm are available. That way, the UV LED series L can be optimal customized for the requirements of the photoinitiator. All wavelengths are available in five differently sized illumination areas from 10 x 100 mm, and 30 x 30 mm up to 200 x 100 mm. Customized versions are available too.

Series DRVL torque transducers are suitable for lab and industrial applications because of their small size and multiple mounting options. As supply voltage and output signal are transmitted without contact, the device can operate continuously with low wear and no maintenance. These transducers are also available with optional speed and angular measurement for a host of applications. The integrated signal amplifier is powered with 10 - 28,8 V DC and outputs an electrically isolated analog signals of 0 ± 10 V and 10 kHz ± 5 kHz. The standard version has smooth shaft ends, several types are available with optional keyways

The SM71 series force sensors were specially developed for measuring clamping forces. The short measuring path of 0.019 - 0.14 mm (depending on the measuring range) and a natural frequency in the kHz range guarantee optimal results even for highly dynamic tasks. Typical applications include the simple determination of screw preloads, where the force sensor is used as a “measuring washer”. The very good reproducibility is less than one percent of the nominal load. The sensor is available in measuring ranges from 20 up to 2000 kN. Hardened washers are already included in the scope of delivery for quick and easy installation. The extremely simple and robust design is made entirely of stainless steel (protection class IP68).

The VMS automatic machines are designed for the ultimate handling simplicity - both for series cuts and in manual operation. The machine operation takes place using a convenient NC control. Where your operations call for frequently changing single cuts, an optional bar start detection system makes for even simpler material handling through fully automatic length positioning without the need for manual intervention. The flexible PC-controlled high-performance circular sawing system PSU 450 A is designed for the utmost cost-effective production of small and large quantity runs. • The PSU 450 A features up to three servo-motorized axis to ensure a precise positioning with regard to length, mitre angle setting and output gripper unit • The material to be cut off is held by means of the output gripper unit.
