OPC9000 series

The new MES9000 series is an innovative HMI solution, covering three application areas and production environments. Whether as a shop floor terminal, a machine panel PC, or as a rugged shop floor terminal for tougher working conditions - the MES9000 is versatile. The devices were developed as a hardware response to the growing demands of modern visualization software in the automation industry. The modern HMIs in this series are characterised by their performance, connectivity and user-friendliness. Plant and machine operators can now visualize production processes more clearly and control them more easily. Furthermore, the MES9000 enables efficient collection of operational and order data. Thanks to a sophisticated fastening concept, the MES9000 series can be integrated into any production landscape. Peripheral devices such as a keyboard and scanner holder can be quickly connected thanks to the large number of interfaces.

The panel PCs and monitors of the MMT8000 & MMD8000 series fulfil the strict hygiene regulations of food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. In addition, the devices are certified by the Fraunhofer IPA and are therefore also suitable for cleanrooms. The ideal solution for users who not only have to fulfil the highest standards of hygiene, but also wants performance and user-friendliness. High-performance processors and a capacitive multi touch screen enable smooth visualisation of processes in the production of food, beverages, pharmaceuticals and chemical products. The special feature is the closed stainless steel housing according to the HYGIENE COMFORT DESIGN, which can withstand cleaning with high-pressure cleaners.

The fanless VMT9000 series is a vehicle and logistics terminal that is suitable for indoor and outdoor use, as well as for cool areas. The terminals can be mounted on all logistics, agricultural and construction vehicles. The design of the terminal is particularly robust for these areas of application, but at the same time compact and guarantees reliable operation even under extreme conditions. Thanks to the sunlight readable display, it is easy to read the screen even in direct sunlight. In addition to Windows®, IGEL and Linux, the terminals are now also compatible with Android™. Android offers useful industrial functions, such as kiosk mode.

The IPC9000 is an easy-to-install box PC for installation in control cabinets. The box PC series is the ideal solution for demanding industrial applications. Installation of the IPC9000 is quick and easy. The device is installed by hanging it on the din rail in the control cabinet. Despite the fanless cooling concept, the use of powerful processors is possible. With the additional HDBaseT transmitter module, the IPC9000 can be installed in the control cabinet and connected to a monitor such as the OPD or MMD series up to 100 metres. For quick servicing, users can access the flash SSD or CMOS battery via the easily accessible service flap.
