The new MES9000 series is an innovative HMI solution, covering three application areas and production environments. Whether as a shop floor terminal, a machine panel PC, or as a rugged shop floor terminal for tougher working conditions - the MES9000 is versatile. The devices were developed as a hardware response to the growing demands of modern visualization software in the automation industry. The modern HMIs in this series are characterised by their performance, connectivity and user-friendliness. Plant and machine operators can now visualize production processes more clearly and control them more easily. Furthermore, the MES9000 enables efficient collection of operational and order data. Thanks to a sophisticated fastening concept, the MES9000 series can be integrated into any production landscape. Peripheral devices such as a keyboard and scanner holder can be quickly connected thanks to the large number of interfaces.

The fanless built-in panel PCs of the OPC9000 series set new standards in terms of user-friendliness. More flexibility in process design in production environments. In addition to the on/off button on the rear, the industrial PC from the OPC9000 series has a newly designed capacitive on/off button on the front, which can be operated via software. Thanks to the innovative mounting system, it can be installed quickly and easily in any machine or system without the need for special tools or separate mounting parts. The built-in 8th generation Intel® processors ensure seamless human-machine interaction. To connect additional fieldbus protocols, the OPC9000 models can be equipped with a Hilscher netJack module.

The robust and reliable multi-touch monitor is designed to meet the increased demand for machine visualisation. With its full HD widescreen and multi touch technology, it guarantees first-class user-friendliness. Thanks to the flexible support arm and VESA mounting, the monitors can be easily integrated into machines and systems, customised to the specific installation situation. The additional key module allows variable operation and can be customised, including the integration of an emergency stop function.

The OPD9000 series are full HD widescreen monitors that make it easy to operate complex software applications. The integrated multi touch technology allows comfortable operation with several fingers - even when wearing work gloves. Thanks to the innovative mounting system, the OPD9000 monitors can be quickly mounted into control panels and machine housings without the need for special tools or additional installation parts. The monitors can be easily equipped with the optional HDBaseT receiver module, enabling signal transmission over distances of up to 100 metres.
