Franke FTC linear modules are light, compact and ready-to-install positioning units. The external guide system is moved by an internal spindle or toothed belt drive. Franke FTC linear modules are very versatile. The guide cassette can be designed to meet customer specific requirements.

Franke rotary tables of type LTB are centerless, ready to install positioning units. The housing is made of light aluminium. Franke LTB are highly loadable and have an excellent angular accuracy and resolution. They can be used in a wide range of applications and are particularly suitable for movement and positioning tasks in the field of measuring, testing and orientation.

Franke rotary tables type LTA are light, compact, ready to install positioning units for speeds up to 100 rpm. They are highly loadable and have excellent concentricity and axial run-out accuracy. Rotary tables LTA are versatile and are particularly suitable for light machining tasks as well as dynamic handling and assembly applications.

Franke linear modules type FTD are light, compact and ready-to-install positioning units. They are extremely compact and combine the guide system and toothed belt drive within the housing. Franke FTD linear modules can be used universally. They are suitable for long stroke lengths of up to 7 meters.

The RS line is equipped with a threaded spindle. From size 75 mm on, all dovetail slides (type SS) are equipped with a digital position readout. Different installation options allow to read the display from different viewing directions. The housing consists of shockproof plastic. The digital display allows to make fast adjustments over the complete measuring path. Our slides that run on roller bearings, in single-axis or multi-axis designs, are supplied in the materials grey cast iron and aluminium. The roller bearing slides run in preloaded, hardened and ground Vee-guides. This ensures a smooth, zero-play and extremely precise longitudinal movement - even under high load. Slides which must be designed with T-grooves or higher rigidity can be produced in a reinforced version.

All types are equipped with greasing nipples and greasing grooves. All outside surfaces are ground and the guides milled fine.

The GEMÜ 660 2/2-way diaphragm valve has a stainless steel piston actuator and is pneumatically operated. The valve was designed for dosing and filling a wide range of products. All metallic actuator components are made of stainless steel. Normally closed (NC), Normally open (NO) and Double acting (DA) control functions are available. The GEMÜ 687 2/2-way diaphragm valve has a low maintenance plastic membrane actuator and is pneumatically operated. The valve has a metal distance piece. The GEMÜ 650TL diaphragm valve is a manual tapping valve with automatic closing function which is pneumatically operated. The "keep-closed" override of manual operation is via a stainless steel handwheel. The valve can only be operated (opened / closed), if a control medium is applied to the actuator. The GEMÜ 650 2/2-way diaphragm valve has a stainless steel piston actuator and is pneumatically operated. The valve is designed for use in a sterile environment. All metallic actuator components are made of stainless steel. The compression springs of diaphragm sizes 80 and 100 are made of epoxy coated spring steel. Normally closed (NC), Normally open (NO) and Double acting (DA) control functions are available. The GEMÜ 601, GEMÜ 612 and GEMÜ 673 2/2-way diaphragm valves have a temperature resistant plastic handwheel and are manually operated. The GEMÜ 602 valve has a stainless steel handwheel and is manually operated. Bonnet and internals are made all of stainless steel. Pressure relief devices for liquid-immersed transformers open in case of an internal fault and guarantee that the occured overpressure can properly release. Pressure relief devices close with decreasing pressure back to completely closed and leaktight position. Pressure relief devices for transformers can be installed in any position or inclination on the cover or the wall of a transformer. Upon request a transformer can be equipped with several pressure relief valves.

Visionary concepts come true with upcrete® modular moulds – even complex concrete structures can be produced with smooth surfaces on all sides. The room module mould with “flying” shrinking core was the fi rst room cell mould developed in Hockenheim and was used for a modular housing project for a Peruvian customer. This mould variant is based on the upcrete® technology, in which self-compacting concrete is pumped from below into a closed mould. This process allows the concrete to optimally distribute within the mould and yields smooth surfaces on all sides, as well as precise edges and recesses. Another advantage is that the structure can be produced in its fi nal installation position, which means that subsequent turning is no longer required.
