SPIROL's Model CR Semi-Automatic Heavy Duty Pin Inserter is a robust, vertical pin insertion machine ideally suited for moderate to high production for applications requiring up to 8kN (1,800 lbs) of installation force. A retractable pin orientation head, mounted on a shaft/linear bearing arrangement moves up and down for ease of loading and unloading of the components to be assembled. The insertion bushing is positioned close to the part for smooth, trouble free installation. The orientation head shuttles the pin from the feeding position to the installation position, and also functions as a selector, preventing longer or shorter pins from being installed. A two position trap door allows for easy clear-out of the feed tube.

Franke FTC linear modules are light, compact and ready-to-install positioning units. The external guide system is moved by an internal spindle or toothed belt drive. Franke FTC linear modules are very versatile. The guide cassette can be designed to meet customer specific requirements.

Franke rotary tables of type LTB are centerless, ready to install positioning units. The housing is made of light aluminium. Industrial shock absorbers are maintenance-free, ready to install hydraulic components. They have an integrated fixed stop. The adjustable version enables precise adjustment to the desired dampening level. After installation, operate and adjust the shock absorber a few times until the desired braking level is achieved. Exceeding the max. energy intake per hour is possible if temporarily disconnected or the shock absorber is cooled with cylinder exhaust air. The installation position is arbitrary.

The UNI lock mounting clamps can be installed in any position on machine tables, fixtures or workholding equipment (tooling plates, cubes, tombstones etc). The modular design enables the number of clamps and distance between them to be ideally adjusted to suit the clamping task. The clamps can be supplied with or without rotation lock. The high clamping forces are generated by the integrated spring package (the unit clamps when depressurised). Compressed air is applied to release the clamp.
