Spare pins for tacking guns

Pivot pins are found on shutoff devices such as spherical valves, butterfly valves, hollow jet valves and plunger valves. These valves are generally used for opening and closing and occasionally to control the flow rates by oscillating movement. The greaselubricated sliding bearing is protected against water infiltration by a seal on the inside. The seal also prevents the grease leaking into the inside to prevent water contamination. The MANOY® system seal WP, type 418, was developed for this application. To prevent leakage of grease from greased bearings, the unidirectional MANOY® system seal WP, type 456, is also installed.

Spit nozzle SD 17: version for pin-point and linear application The pneumatically operated SD 17 is also available as a spit nozzle version. The fully spray valve has been specifically developed for pin point and linear application of oils, release agents and other low-viscosity media; it maintains its precision at certain distances between the nozzle and the application object. The spit nozzle SD 17 is particularly suitable for precision lubrication tasks of components and tools; it can also be setup for higher viscosities via an optionally selectable heating unit.

TriPress® is a triangular rapid fastening system that can be clinched into plastic and light metals. During the clinching operation, the two components of the TriPress® fastener connect together quickly and economically. It is available in the following designs: Triangular shank and knurl parallel with axis provide greater torsional strength. Circumferential locking flutes on triangular shaft generate high pull-out resistance. Combination of grooves and knurls permit positive-fit fastenings and achieve high torsional torques and pull-out forces (figure 4). So the fastener can be clinched into pre-prepared holes or injected as inserts into plastic housings.
