Technical information The SC 03 is an electropneumatic crimp press. It is equipped with a very efficient pedal switch. The correct and fully controlled sequence is monitored by a microprocessor control. The machine is started by a foot-switch. An integrated adjusting mechanism enables a correction of the crimping depth. Crimping tools can be changed easily and are available for the processing of ferrules with a size of up to 70 mm² with different crimping lengths. On customers demand special tools with different crimping geometries can be developed and manufactured.

Electronic piston dosing pump FEDOS DX The microprocessor-controlled FEDOS DX combines the proven features of the FEDOS series with the latest requirements in dosing technology. Ideal for applications that require integration of the pump into control systems or control loops, the FEDOS DX offers versatile adaptation to various control signals and system monitoring. The HP-120i is a high-intensity short arc light source for quick UV spot curing within seconds. As a microprocessor controlled spotlight source with light guide, HP-120i is a reliable and economical „cold“ light source for irradiation with high-intensity UV-A radiation and blue light. The heat transfer in the material is minimized due to the absence of ineffective red and near-infrared radiation. The spotlight source uses fiber-optic cables in various configurations for flexible irradiation of one to four points. Depending on the light guide, UV-A irradiances of up to 15,000 mW/cm² can be achieved. The exposure time can be set through a digital timer with a resolution of 0.1 s. The shutter can also be switched by a foot switch or via a PLC system controller by an external contact. The typical lamp life is 2,000 hours. To achieve uniform irradiation, the lamp power is stabilized.

Technical information The SC 05 universal is an electropneumatic benchtop crimper, equipped with a very efficient electropneumatic drive. The machine is operated by a foot-switch. The sequence is monitored by a microprocessor control. With the integrated quadro-crimping-tool, ferrules in the cross-section range from 0.5 mm² up to 6 mm² (AWG 20 - 10) (insulated/uninsulated) and twin ferrules with plastic collar from 2 x 0.5 mm² to 2 x 2.5 mm² (AWG 2 x 20 - 2 x 14) and crimping lengths from 6 mm up to 18 mm can be crimped. The crimper can easily be adapted to different cross-sections by turning the adjustments knob on the front cover of the machine. Other crimping forms or cross-sections are possible on request.

The GEMÜ 4242 combi switchbox is suitable for mounting to pneumatically operated linear actuators. It utilises a microprocessor controlled, intelligent position sensor and an analogue travel sensor system. The combi switchbox was specially designed for small to medium nominal sizes and strokes ranging from 2 to 30 mm. The DIXI 60 S with its low overall height of 2.17 m and a pressing force of 60 t makes the press the ideal partner for all volume-reducing processes. The pressing of film and cardboard or other pressable materials make these machines an economical and reliable partner in the disposal chain. The DIXI 60 S model series is ideal for pressing film and cardboard. The conversion from cardboard to foil is carried out by the microprocessor control with a clear LCD display. TITANIUM The new generation of wave soldering systems – lead free soldering without corrosion. TITANIUM is the innovative soldering solution developed by STRECKFUSS SYSTEMS. It uses titanium, an agent which is extremely lead free solder resistant. For this reason, titanium works perfectly in lead free soldering processes. An oxide film immediately covers all material damages and thus prevents corrosion. In contrast to wave soldering systems with stainless steel components, titanium is not subject to corrosion even when lead free solder is used. By means of a simple and safe solder bath exchange, TITANIUM makes it possible to switch flexibly from a standard soldering process to lead free production.
