Technical information The SC 03 is an electropneumatic crimp press. It is equipped with a very efficient pedal switch. The correct and fully controlled sequence is monitored by a microprocessor control. The machine is started by a foot-switch. An integrated adjusting mechanism enables a correction of the crimping depth. Crimping tools can be changed easily and are available for the processing of ferrules with a size of up to 70 mm² with different crimping lengths. On customers demand special tools with different crimping geometries can be developed and manufactured.

With a cooling capacity of 3.9 kW the air conditioner of the PAC series is especially well suited for large rooms of up to 130 m³. Apart from the reliable cooling on hot days the PAC 3900 X filters and dehumidifies the room air and generates a fresh breeze to top it all off. As desired in three fan stages and with swing function for an optimal distribution of the air in the room. Technical information The SC 05 universal is an electropneumatic benchtop crimper, equipped with a very efficient electropneumatic drive. The machine is operated by a foot-switch. The sequence is monitored by a microprocessor control. With the integrated quadro-crimping-tool, ferrules in the cross-section range from 0.5 mm² up to 6 mm² (AWG 20 - 10) (insulated/uninsulated) and twin ferrules with plastic collar from 2 x 0.5 mm² to 2 x 2.5 mm² (AWG 2 x 20 - 2 x 14) and crimping lengths from 6 mm up to 18 mm can be crimped. The crimper can easily be adapted to different cross-sections by turning the adjustments knob on the front cover of the machine. Other crimping forms or cross-sections are possible on request.

The GEMÜ 4242 combi switchbox is suitable for mounting to pneumatically operated linear actuators. It utilises a microprocessor controlled, intelligent position sensor and an analogue travel sensor system. The combi switchbox was specially designed for small to medium nominal sizes and strokes ranging from 2 to 30 mm. The GEMÜ 1235 electrical position indicator is suitable for mounting to pneumatically operated linear actuators. The position of the valve spindle is electronically detected and evaluated through play-free and non-positive mounting. Intelligent microprocessor controlled functions make commissioning and support during operation easier. The current position of the valve is displayed via high-visibility LEDs and fed back via electrical signals. Temperature controllers of the teco series cd are designed for the operation with water and direct cooling up to 95 °C or 120 °C. The temperature of the process water is controlled automatically. A temperature sensor, installed inside the unit, measures available actual temperature. The microprocessor control with membrane keyboard or touchscreen operation compares measured value and preselect set value and controls heating or cooling. A trouble free operation is guaranteed by a complete safety system.

The patented gwk solution includes cold water temperature controllers that can be operated without glycol in the temperature range between 0 °C and 25 °C. The user can select between two models that are differing in cooling capacity and flow rate. A precise microprocessor control with simultaneous indication of nominal and actual value, the simple one-touch operation, optional interfaces at the front panel and external sensor connection, splash-water proofed electrics and the cabling with CEE-socket ready for connection make the unit ready for immediate use. Leak stop operation, mould draining, acoustic alarm, automatic filling and top up, additional manual filling possibility for conditioned water, strainer in the cooling water connection and parts out of corrosion resistant materials that are in contact with the medium are part of the comprehensive standard equipment.

Generally, dosing pumps are referred to as oscillating displacement pumps with adjustable stroke length. Depending on the requirement the driving mechanism can be equipped with hydraulically actuated diaphragm. Electrically driven pumps offer besides the stroke length adjustment a further possibility to adjust the delivery flow by modifying the motor rotation speed. For a small delivery flow and a low delivery pressure, electromagnetically driven pumps are nowadays the devices of choice since they can simply be adapted to the process requirements by modifying the stroke frequency manually or through an external control (pulse or analog) signal. Impregnation systems to close micropores in metal castings as well as in copper, aluminium or magnesium alloy castings. The parts to be impregnated are fixed in baskets.
