The POWDRYER™ PD08 metal powder dryer is used to dry inorganic metal powder for the complex additive manufacturing (3D printing) process. It corrects the manufacturer’s fluctuating metal powder qualities, thus optimizing the metal powder’s flowability. It also reduces the number of air inclusions in finished workpieces. Significantly higher material densities are the result. Cleaner ES dissolves pollutions like: oils, greases, waxes, polymer residues, resins, colorbatches, flame-retardants, etc. Cleaner ES dissolves cyanoacrylate, label- and anaerobic-adhesives. Cleaner ES is well-suited to pre-treat gasket- and adhesive-joints.

SURVOS products are optimally suited to sheet metal forming, machining and assembly technology. Our SURVOS has also been successfully used in cutting and punching aluminium sheets, steel sheets, copper and brass sheets, in cold profiling, bending, embossing, sawing and drilling aluminium profiles for decades. One of the main components is dearomatized hydrocarbons of the highest quality. As a metal processing medium that evaporates residue-free, SURVOS combines optimum lubricity with favourable values for evaporation speed, toxicology and environmental protection. All SURVOS products are classified according to REACH (EC 1907/ 2006) and do not contain any substance that is on the list of candidates for SOVHC.

The Deburring & Edge Rounding Machines are available with 3 different passage widths. They have various performance spectrums, which are individually adapted to the modular principle customizable and configurable to customer requirements. Both small and large-area sheet metal parts or workpieces can be processed, regardless of the material. These conveyer machines thus show the best possible flexibility in sheet metal processing.
