Perfect integration in your service counter, unhindered access to your merchandise. New possibilities result from integrating the scale in the work area of your service counter. You no longer have to reach around the scale in order to get to the products behind it. A clear view of the scale, by customers and sales staff, creates transparency and trust. ScalePad is almost entirely integrated in the work ledge of the service counter thereby creating valuable free space. The load platter is available in stainless steel or plastic. The plastic version is suitable for modest cutting of product. A juice groove in the food-grade plastic load platter ensures hygiene. For easy cleaning of the ScalePad simply "lift up" the scale.

The HS flex family was developed with the goal of "maximum productivity". Ergonomic aspects were completely redesigned, however, to allow for fast and fatigue-free working for operators and service personnel in every possible working situation. The HS flex handling system can be adapted to six different HERMLE machining centers. With a transport weight of up to 450 kg incl. plate and a storage volume of up to 50 plate positions, the HS flex covers a wide range of applications.

Ever-tighter safety regulations and extensive assembly times of a suitable working platform increase the complexity of service work on conical process vessels. For such requirements we have designed an intelligent solution: the customer-specific, modular working platforms for conical process vessels, such as reactors, orbital arm and screw dryers and conical mixers are secure, fast and easy to install. The platforms consist of a stable aluminum construction, are TÜV certified, CE-compliant and can be reused for many years. Their modular design enables installation via manway or other vessel nozzles. The individual modules have a low net weight and are easy to handle: The platform is securely fastened with just a few screws. Special rubber pads protect the vessel’s wall surface. Upon request, we provide working platforms with rescue hatches and any type of flaps – tailor-made to meet customer requirements. Additional features such as ladders are also provided.

The EMA 200 is a portable, battery-powered digital pressure gauge for precise measurement of positive and negative differential pressures. Because it is easy-to-use, the EMA 200 lends itself well to maintenance work and customer service applications for heating, air-conditioning and ventilation units, where it can be used for monitoring filters and measuring fireplace drafts as well as measuring flow rates and determining volumetric flows. The instrument is available with an ISO factory calibration or DAkkS calibration certificate.

The EMA 84 is a portable, battery-powered digital pressure gauge providing highly accurate measurements of positive and negative differential pressures. Because it is durable and easy-to-use, the EMA 84 lends itself well to maintenance work and customer service applications for heating, air-conditioning and ventilation units, where it can be used for monitoring filters, measuring fireplace drafts, etc. Its precision and reproducibility also make the EMA 84 is highly suitable for use in laboratory applications.
