Exact stripping of different insulated wires within the cross-section range of 0.5 up to 2.5 mm² (AWG20 – 14) is possible without an additional external adjustment. The stripping length and pull-off length are very easy to adjust.

Technical information The modification of the starting unit also enables this machine to strip lengths from 13 up to 30 mm.

Technical information The AI 02 S3 is a stripping machine driven by an electric motor. Special feature: A special adapted funnel allows to insert two or three wires and strip it in a single step. By turning the stripping blades, the minimal stripping length can be reduced to 3 mm.

The strip brushes in cup form are also an all-purpose brush type. For special tasks we offer the dimensions from 20 mm to 1000 mm and through that cover a wide spectrum of applications. We provide you the following selection criterias: - All fill materials possible, e.g. natural bristles and hair, plant fibres and synthetic filaments. - As backing material we use galvanised steel-, stainless steel (1.4301, 1.4571) or brass tape. The same possibilities are available for the production of strip brushes in arch form, not only in semi circle form but also in any other pitch circle form. The larger the dimensions the better multiple brush segments can be mounted around the perimeter.

The bristles of strip brushes are fitted in a metal backing tape. This allows the brushes to be mounted by means of holders or inserted into grooves. For example, as replacements for special circular and roller brushes. We supply all standard types in a length of 1.000 mm. We can supply seperate holders for fixing our strip brushes type 25 and type 40. The standard types are produced with backing strips of galvanized steel and filled with polyamide bristles (PA6) resp. mane hair (MAH). If your application allows we recommend you to use our standard types available from stock.

Our special types consist of 10 types of strip brushes with metal backing widths from 1,8 mm to 13,5 mm, which we can produce in a large range of variations.You can choose:- All fill types, e.g. natural bristles and hair, plant fibres, wires and synthetic filaments. - The backing strip material made of galvanized steel, stainless steel (1.4301, 1.4571) or brass.- The trim height (BH) (free bristle length)- The overall length from a few centimeters to the maximum length which can be transported. The strip brush type 60 will mainly be mounted in half-rings with various numbers of grooves around the periphery and therefore used as a roller brush. The ring diameters are 80 mm, 100 mm and 102 mm. We can supply holders for fixing the strip brush type 25 and type 40.

Ferrules on reel in the range from 0.5mm2 to 2.5 mm² (AWG 20 – 14) with crimping lengths of 8 mm or 10 mm can be processed with no down time. The user simply chooses the cross-section on a touch display. Ferrules on reel for multi standard conductors can also be processed.

Technical information The AM 02.1 is an electropneumatic modular stripper-crimper for rapid and reliable processing of loose uninsulated Z+F ferrules. The stripper-crimper may be adapted by using the corresponding tools for ferrules of cross-sections from 0.25mm2 to 2.5 mm2 (AWG 24 – 14) and crimping lengths from 5mm to 12 mm. Specification For definition of the required tools the correct specification of the processed ferrules as well as the processed wires are needed. Options: Quadrocrimp-tool The stripper-crimper can be equipped with a quadrocrimp-tool which creates 4-side quadratic crimp.
