We have been designing and producing UL labels for well-known industrial companies since 1990. The requirements and regulations are very complex and may require a detailed consultation in order to explain the UL-compliant marking and the different application programs. The UL certification of an end product by an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) refers to every single component of the product. A label is such a component whose requirements are regulated in the UL 969 “Standard for Marking & Labeling Systems”.

We stock high-quality 3D printing filament for private and commercial customers or produce containers, colours or material according to your requirements. Our premium 3D printing filament from EU production offers you the highest quality for demanding projects. The wood filament consists of 100% organic material. The wood filament contains 40% real wood particles. Objects printed with this material have a structure similar to that of chipboard, for example. This wood filament offers a real wood look and feel. The printed parts can then be mechanically finished or painted.

PLT is a serie of labels primarily for thermal transfer printing. Its material is UL approved self adhesive polyester. 1-track or 3-track, 38 mm (standard) or 76 mm core diameter and perforated. The PLT range also includes adhesive, self-laminating and printable wrap-around labels. Its material is UL approved MT310 transparent polyester. Material UL approved polyester with acrylic based permanent adhesive. UL approved MT310 transparent polyester with acrylic based adhesive (wrap-around) Colors yellow, silver, white yellow, white (wrap-around) Print Printable in recommended standard thermal transfer printers with standard label design software. Temperature range Service temperature range: –40°C to +150°C (–40°F to +302°F). Minimum application range: +10°C (+50°F). Storage stability: Two years stored at +21°C (+70°F) and 50% relative humidity (RH). Resistance UL code PGGU2. Excellent resistance to isopropyl alcohol, oil and water.

PLL is a serie of label sheets in A4 format, with matt surface, primarily for laser printing. Its material is UL-approved adhesive polyester for indoor and outdoor use. The PLL range also includes adhesive, self-laminating and printable wrap-around labels. Its material is UL-approved MT310 transparent polyester. The additional transparent part is wrapped around the cable and laminates the print field and protects the marking against chemicals and wear. The material is printed, cut, activated and applied with the labeling machine and the combined cutting component, micro-atomization component and linear tamp unit. Thanks to the HERMA InNo-Liner and the patented, multi-layer pressure-sensitive adhesive, thousands of tons of backing paper or backing film and the cost of their disposal can be saved every year. The labels can be pre-printed in color using the conventional printing process. The labeling machine can be equipped with an optional thermal transfer printer or thermal direct printer for printing the variable data.
