5-axis/5-sided machining means the C 42 lends itself to be used in every application area. With traverse paths adapted to the workpiece size and perfectly designed for 5-axis applications, the C 42 is ideal wherever complex, close-tolerance components are required. This includes various applications in the tool and mould making, medical, aerospace, motorsport, machine sectors and other industries: The C 42 machining centre is at home in every area. The space-saving circular tool magazine integrated into the base body of the machine works according to the pick-up principle - thus enabling quick tool changes. In the standard version, the C 42 can hold 42 tools and can be extended to 192 pockets. The control panel can be easily adjusted to the respective user. Laser welding is a very gentle welding technique, as the heat input takes place in a locally very limited area. In this way, it is possible to reliably connect critical components with one another in a materially bonded manner, without the parts annealing. With laser welding, the two welding partners are joined together with as few gaps as possible in order to then weld them together (e.g. press-fit zones such as EloPin® puzzled at any feed or distance). The background to this is that no additional material is generally used in laser welding. Exception for build-up welding or repair welding of e.g. broken tool parts such as punches or cutting plates or injection molding tools for abrasive plastics with glass fiber filling. Designed to be used for reference weight establishment Inside the load receptor there is an aluminum strain gauge load cell which is perfect for the use in dry areas. As a standard fitted with protection IP41, optionally available with IP65. As compared to other precision scale technologies the iL Precision 65F/SP impresses not only by its simple design but also by reaching its weighing accuracy w/o lever work or motorized calibration device.

The curelog is a precise radiometer with dose measurement and up to four spectral ranges. Due to its fast and precise measurements the curelog can universally be used for applications in the fields of lacquer curing, bonding, sterilization, disinfection, lithography and many other applications. The adjustable data recording rate of up to 2000 Hz (measurements per second) allows reliable measurements on fast running UV belt systems. The recording time of up to 180 h allows the measurement of long-lasting processes at low doses, like UV disinfection. The curelog simultaneously records up to four spectral ranges, each with a high-precision 24 bit ADC. The high-precision ADC gives the curelog a extrem high dynamic range. The resolution of 0.0001 mW/cm² and a measurement range of 50 W/cm² are the main features of the curelog. All common UV lamps and UV-LEDs can be measured and compared, no matter if spot or area lamps, fibre optics or UV/VIS LEDs are used.

The Micro Screw range consists of self-tapping and metric standard screws along with metric threads according to customer-specific applications. When the trend is to minimize the size and weight, these durable and small dimensioned screws provide the required competitive advantage where even the smallest gram and millimeter counts. This high-precision calibration source is able to measure currents up to ±50 mA, voltages ±100 V and temperature setpoint values of 12 thermocouple types, including R, S, B, J, T, E, K and N. Voltage drops across the measuring leads can be easily compensated via the sense line. With “thermoelectric voltage simulation” you can enter °C, °F and K, the temperature scales ITS-90 or IPTS-68 and the reference junction type constant/external. Furthermore, when simulating thermocouples a calibrated external reference junction can be used, with the calibration data being taken into account in the device. The device can be operated both via the keypad and via the Ethernet and USB interface. The multipurpose digital indicator TRANS CAL 7281 can be used wherever there is a need to perform high-precision, in-situ calibrations of sensing components used in equipment such as presses, torque tools or pressure-regulating systems. An optional factory calibration certificate or German-accredited DKD/DAkkS calibration certificate can be provided when the measurement device needs to be used as a reference. This provides a quick and cost-effective way of assessing a system with traceable documentation of measurement results. If a reference measurement cannot be made because the sensor location is difficult to access, it is still possible to test the zero point, the input, output and isolation resistance as well as the calibrating offset of the fitted sensor. It is also possible to check the indicating device by measuring the excitation voltage and simulating the characteristic values (mV/V or V) of the sensor used.

The precision Pt100 simulator is used wherever measuring instruments or controlling systems have to be tested or calibrated with great precision. The standard version model 4506 simulates 24 set temperature values. Totally different temperature ranges are required in the case of special applications, such as in the food industry, the medical science etc. Model 4506 S is recommended for these applications and can be fitted with 24 temperature values according to customer specifications. A distinctive feature of these simulators is their simple operation. The resistance values required for simulation are directly set in °C. There is no need to use loof-up tables. Today in many cases a certificate is needed more than ever force measurements. This certificate is available under order code 45DKD-.. . The precision RTD simulator is used where measuring instruments or controlling means with high precision must be examined or calibrated. The simulator is suitable for calibration laboratory and service centers which need a computer-controlled resistance decade for the automation of calibration procedures. All standard platinum and nickel RTD can be simulated with very high accuracy according to scales ITS 90 or IPTS 68. Temperature regulators, transducers etc. often supply a pulsed signal current in order to reduce the self-heating of the RTD. Devices with electronic simulation of RTD are therefore inclined to swinging and do not function with this application. The precision calibration unit combines high accuracy, low drift, low noise and superior long-term stability with multiple functionality and simple operation. The range of application for the high-precision resistance decades models 1406 and 1407 stretches from reference standard for precision measurements up to simulation ot a host of measuring transducers. They can be used for control in complicated equipments and systems, such as equivalent circuit in resistor networks. Another application is the use in switching circuits, as reproducible variable in laboratory and test assemblies. The decade resistors meet all the requirements of these differing functions as well as the resulting demands. The high-precision resistance decades models 1406 and 1407 are designed to meet the highest demands with regard to precision, temperature and long-term consistency. Many years at experience, tried-and-tested technology and the use of fieldproven materials guarantee the high level of precision. The decade resistors consist of low-capacity and low inductance wire windings of MANGANIN®.

In connection with very precise digital voltmeters the model 1282 resistors are used as measuring resistors for accurate registration of direct and alternating currents up to 200 A. The compact construction supports universal application. The exceptional low temperature coefficient extends the scope of application a second time. A typical application is the wide range of quality and reliability testing. Regular measurements give a reliable information of the quality level of parts, instruments and systems. Technologies already approved with our precision and calibration resistors - which especially guarantee a secure conduction of the dissipation heat - have been transferred to the precision high capacity resistors. Model number 8201 precision pressure sensors are robust, economical, and are available in standard measuring ranges. Their good technical specification and high reliability make them optimum for measuring pressure in all fields of machine construction, process technology, as well as in measurement and control technology. The pressure transducers are easy to handle and immune to shock loads and vibrations as they are designed without moving parts. All pressure transducers without an internal amplifier have a standardized output signal of 1.0 mV/V. This enables the user to change a transducer in a measuring chain as liked without following readjustment of the electronic. Customized designs are available on request. Precision resistors are used wherever the highest standards of temperature stability, error tolerance and durability are required. Models 1164 and 1166 are available for higher loads up to 1 W. The resistors are supplied with two connections on the front end (suitable for mounting on circuit boards). The precision resistors comprise low-capacitance, low-inductance wire coils made of MANGANIN®, which are encapsulated in small plastic cylinder housings. Prior to trimming, the resistance bodies are exposed to a meticulous artificial aging procedure. This special process and trimming to approximately half of the nominal tolerance guarantee long-term stability of < 0.02% over the course of years. High-precision angle measuring system with +/-0.1s accuracy for measuring and calibration applications. The signal sampling is done by an interferometric operating principle (laserscale) The graduation period is 1µm, the generated signal period of the output signal is 250nm. Scale errors are self-compensated by using six reading heads in a special arrangement. The measured values can be output in csv format via the USB interface. The software for measured value acquisition and storage is included in the scope of delivery.

The BL50H is a high resolution exposed linear encoder in reflective design. The BL50H has a grating period of 1.6µm and generates a signal period of 400nm with the Laserscale operating principle. The extremely small dimensions, made possible by the reflective design and large mounting tolerances, allow easy integration into X/Y stages and a wide variety of measurement applications. It provides a very high signal quality with low noise level and is suitable for resolutions up to 6pm at travel speeds up to 3m/s.

This high precision torque sensor is designed for both static and dynamic measurements on non-rotating applications. It is particularly suitable for torque measurements on, for instance, extremely small electrical actuating drives and micro-mechanical actuator elements, or for measuring reaction torques e.g. on micro-motors. The high accuracy of measurement also makes this sensor ideal for use as a reference in many fields of industrial manufacture as well as laboratory research and development projects. Not containing any rotating parts, it requires no maintenance if properly used. The strain-gage based sensor’s modular design allows precise configuration for the desired application. With the integrated amplifier option, the sensor directly supplies a voltage signal of 0 ... ±10 V that is proportional to the torque. The sensor can be configured via the micro-USB interface, providing access to, for example, a filter frequency setting, averaging, and a tare function.

Incremental magnetic measuring heads offer maximum precision over the full range of measurements. As a result of the magnetic operating principle and the robust mechanical construction, they are insensitive to soiling and are therefore ideally suited to use in production facilities. Thanks to the high quality of their measurements, their high protection and long service life, these sensors are used in many technologies (industry, research, development etc.). The 8661 precision torque sensor is the ideal choice for reliable measurement of static and dynamic clockwise and counter-clockwise torques.
