During printing and coating processes, so-called ink mist or particle mist arise in the outlet of doubleroll systems. This unwanted particle deposit results in lower product quality, high maintenance costs, increased ink consumption and the contamination of the environment. The formation of ink mist is very noticeable and annoying, particularly during coating and printing processes on substrates with non-absorbent surfaces (films, metalized substrates or composite films). A patented double-row DC plasma electrode is used to prevent this ink mist. This plasma electrode acts separately on both particle streams and ensures an optimal particle deposit. The electrode will be connected to the high voltage generator HSG61. The MISTING TACKER system is currently used for printing on metalized films and in silicone coating units (Wifag-Polytype).

The mains-driven panel meter RM-32 provides a continuous and precise measurement of irradiance with preamplified UV sensors. The integrated electronics produce a signal voltage that is transmitted to the radiometer, so that inferences are minimized. Technical information The SC 03 is an electropneumatic crimp press. It is equipped with a very efficient pedal switch. The correct and fully controlled sequence is monitored by a microprocessor control. The machine is started by a foot-switch. An integrated adjusting mechanism enables a correction of the crimping depth. Crimping tools can be changed easily and are available for the processing of ferrules with a size of up to 70 mm² with different crimping lengths. On customers demand special tools with different crimping geometries can be developed and manufactured.

The RCV Plus™ Gas Mixing System is a combination of flow meters specifically designed to monitor and control the ratio of two gases. It consists of an RCV Plus™ and a FLO-TRONIC Plus™. The RCV Plus™ utilizes a micro-processor that continuously compares a preset ratio to the real-time ratio of the two gas flows, as measured by the FLO-TRONIC Plus™, and the ratio control valve itself. Using a stepper motor, the RCV Plus™ continuously adjusts the flow metering needle-valve to precisely maintain the preset gas ratio. The real-time ratio is continuously displayed on the LCD screen of the RCV Plus™. Included in the RCV Plus™ is an optional input for the addition of a trim gas, which is frequently used for process control. Trim gas addition is additive to the ratio. When trim gas is used, the continuously displayed real-time ratio then includes the trim gas addition.
