Our P-Range half-barrel shelters provide a safe, discreet and secure protective environment for the equipment stored within. They are designed to serve as storage and maintenance space for military aircraft, spare parts, vehicles, ammunition, and other military goods. Our revolutionary fast-opening electrical apse system allows a quick access and exit. Aircraft, helicopters or big vehicles can enter or exit the shelter in approximately 30 seconds. Fixed on the gable arch, this system has a semicircular shape to avoid water and snow collection/stagnation, and was designed to maximize the usable space inside. The protection offered can withstand very high wind speeds. This generation of shelters has been certified and tested for wind speeds of up to 180 km/h and the structure is able to support 90kg/sqm of snow load.

The modular VD valve series allows the valves to be universally installed in a chain or on Omega DIN EN 50022 mounting rails. The solenoid valves guarantee fast switching times and are available in 3/2 NC or NO. Threaded connection G 1/8.

Technical information The AM 02 universal is an electropneumatic, universal stripper-crimper, for rapid and reliable processing of loose insulated Z+F ferrules from 0.5mm2 to 2.5 mm² (AWG 20 – 14) with a crimping length from 6mm to 12 mm. The stripper-crimper may be adapted by using the corresponding tools for ferrules of cross-sections from 0.25mm2 to 2.5 mm2 (AWG 24 – 14) and crimping lengths from 5mm to 12 mm. Specification For definition of the required tools the correct specification of the processed ferrules as well as the processed wires are needed. Technical information The stripper-crimper AM 03 universal is an electropnaumatic driven machine for rapid and reliable processing of loose male and female contacts. The contacts are automatically fed by a feeding bowl. In the range of 0,14 up to 2,5mm2 (AWG 26-14) wires and contacts can be crimped. Standard is a 4/8-indent crimp corresponding to MIL 22520/1-01. The adjustment of the stripping and crimping-depth is motoric. Different values for 50 programs can be stored. Adjustment and programming is done with the touch display. The touch display shows all important data, functions and errors. The machine can also be converted for different conatcts by using specific tool kits. All tools are easily replacable. The modular GEMÜ 553 distribution valve comprises various globe valve modules. These can be equipped with manual or pneumatic operators. The downstream media is isolated using a PTFE seal. The valve spindle is sealed by a self-adjusting gland packing. This provides a low-maintenance and reliable valve spindle seal even after an extended period of operation. The wiper ring that is installed upstream of the gland packing also protects this against contamination and damage. The individual modules can be easily connected using screws. The seal on the connection flange and between the individual valve bodies has an FPM O-ring. The coupling The coupling is the heart of the system and is always part of the equipment. It receives the spindle packages and combines them with a connection or deflection. The coupling also enables the system to be supplied with compressed air from the side. The deflection Depending on the application, the system can be made rigid or radially deflected. The deflection unit is mounted in only a few steps between the coupling and connection and immediately converts the rigid system to a flexible system. The deflection force can be adjusted using the adjusting ring between approximately 15 and 120 Newton. The attachments We have the perfect attachments in our programme for many applications. For the machining centres we offer the standard machine tools attachments such as HSK and SK and a Weldon adapter. These mountings also enable compressed air supply through the coolant channel. Universal adapters are available for stationary mounting or mounting to a robot.

The Modular/GE Universal Formwork has really earned its name, because this system is used all over the world on many different building sites where it demonstrates its versatility, adaptability and flexibility, for foundations, walls, shafts, round walls, columns or beams. The degree of difficulty of the structures to be build can vary considerably, because the balanced range of panels means that the formwork can be adjusted ideally to all layouts and cross sections. The size of the structures to be build does not matter: small surfaces are not a problem for the Modular panels. And as far as large sizes are concerned, preassembled Modular panels can stay together as units or are supplemented by larger GE panels, with unlimited compatibility.

Essentially, three different types of construction may be distinguished: 1. MPW Modular for combustion engines and electric motors (primarily 1-cylinder combustion engines) 2. MPW Modular for foot-mounted electric motors 3. MPW F for flange-mounted electric motors Special designs, e.g. for foot- as well as flange-mounted electric motors may be offered on request. MPW engine test beds are available in four sizes with different load-carrying capacities (0,5 ... 40 kW).

The adjustable modular column formwork by PASCHAL is a steel frame formwork whose elements are assembled according to the so-called windmill principle. With four elements each square and rectangular column cross-sections can be formed in the adjustment range of 20 cm to 50 cm in increments of 5 cm.

They are secured by strong clamping elements on the test bed. Their axial position is adjustable. The removable protection grid protects only against accidental contact to rotating parts under laboratory conditions. Solid axially movable protection covers are avaiable if parts might detach and fly away.
