The electropermanent load lifting magnet traverses TBK4 and TBK6 with automatic telescopic arm allow the lifting and transportation of sheets in different sizes from 3m to 16m. The patented solid steel modules are more heat-resistant than comparable modules made with a plastic casting mass. Only a 400V rated current must be provided to use these devices and they are then immediately ready for use. Through short electrical impulses within seconds, the magnet traverses from ASSFALG are automatically switched on or manually with the push of a button. No electricity flows during load transport and nevertheless, the workpiece is as securely clamped as with a permanent load lifting magnet. With the tip function (inching), even stacked sheets can be separated starting with a thickness of 5 mm. Magnet modules that are not needed can be switched off with the multi-channel control. This means a large magnet traverse system can be securely used for the transportation of smaller sheets.

Incremental rotation sensors are used wherever displacement, positions or speeds have to be measured accurately. FXE-M electro-permanent load lifting magnet modules can be combined with MCF control units to form modular load lifting systems. For example, a single FXE-M module with an MCF 1-channel control unit can be used on the crane of a flame-cutting machine, or 4 FXE-M modules, controlled together or individually by an MCF 4-channel control unit, can operate in a fully automatic sectional steel plant. In use on cranes, manipulators, conveyors and robots, FXE-M modules have proven themselves thousands of times over. FXE-M modules are manufactured using monoblock technology and are extremely stable. As with the other products in the FXE series, a choice can be made between different pole types in order to use the appropriate magnet module depending on the load, dimensions and surface.

The HGF Handgausmeter is an easy to use precision instrument. The superfine 1mm probe magnetic flux densities can be measured extremely close to the magnetic pole and in very narrow air gaps. The HGF can be switched between AC and DC magnetic fields as well as between units Gaus and Tesla. At the edge of the display the pending polarity N/S is in the mode "DC magnetic fields" constantly displayed, the "peak indicator" facilitates the search for magnetic surfaces for example, in tracking down unwanted residual magnetism. The package includes in addition to the meter, the 1mm transversal probe and the batteries and a protective case and a protective cap for the probe. Thus, HGF is also suitable for use in the service industry. Our technicians use it for testing of heavy lifting magnets and clamping systems.

The FX-HV Horizontal-Vertical System will meet with its diverse setting almost any need. Overall height and focus can be adjusted by plug pins. Likewise, the device also can be used for up to 20% of its rated load without engaging under pads.The support pins are positioned in a way so that standing blanks can be struck, which, for example, is often required on the saw. Likewise lying discs and sheets can be placed. For horizontal transport, the system has a lifting eye on the back. The steel structure is completely coated, and the stable FX Lifting magnet ensures maximum safety. Special dimensions are available on request.

The -BASIC-LIFT- vacuum lifting device is designed exclusively for lifting and transporting airtight, flat and clean materials. Without battery or inconvenient power cables and thus purely mechanical, it is absolutely independent. But yet this type can lift loads of 1,200 kg and above.
