A lever clamping permits a simple, fast and exact adjusting of different working levels, without any efforts to adapt the devices. Field of applications: Assembly technologies, measuring and testing equipments, laser writing, welding, cutting, as well as special mechanical engineering. Features (RT2A100, RT2A200): Individually adjustable swiveling range from -5° to +95°. Fixed stop iin the 0° and 90°. Other positions possible by customer request. Clamp and locking effect through laterally installed, adjustable clamping lever. On one side appropriate scaling in 1° steps. Fixing of the swivel unit through four countersinking holes in the base plate.

Permanent magnet transporters are used where switchable lifting magnets cannot be used due to insufficient material thickness. They are suitable for thin sheets from 2 mm and are less expensive than lifting magnets, but must be separated from the workpiece under tension by means of a forcing-off device. They are suitable for use in sheet metal storage, on flame or laser cutting equipment, on shears or punching machines, and in steel and container construction. Magnetic transporters of types SH and MK are not compatible with the latest European standard for lifting magnets. We recommend their use only in protected areas.

The CLICHE LASER Xi is equipped with state-of-the-art laser technology. Perfectly matched to the needs of pad printing, the direct imaging of high-resolution pad printing clichés takes place. The CLICHE LASER Xi has a cliché support table on which the clichés are fixed using T-slots. This allows an absolute positioning accuracy of the print image on the cliché. Due to the flat bed construction and the compact design of the machine, the set-up times in the laser system are massively reduced. In addition, the laser is low-vibration and this enables high engraving precision. A check of the diode power before imaging and, if necessary, calibration of the laser ensures a constant imaging quality. With the CLICHE LASER Xi not only all TAMPOPRINT INTAGLIO laser clichés can be produced at low cost, but also cliché formats of other manufacturers.
