VariAll is a stainless steel cable routing and installation system for the hygienic laying of cables. The system is a product designed for hygiene: simple and accessible for cleaning. This cable management system is a quality product with a long service life. All cable routing elements are made of 5 mm round material - with an optical finish. This protects the cables and hoses. The cable routing elements are supplied in lengths of 3 meters. Thanks to a wide range of mounting accessories, installation on the wall or ceiling is very easy. The core technology is a robust, water-cooled travelling column. With increasing depth of immersion into the material, the guide carriage distance grows and this leads to advanced rigidity. The stepped drive guide ensures a perfectly constant geometry along the Z axis. This in turn guarantees maximum rigidity in sensitive areas of the workpiece. Used in combination with the highly dynamic Zimmermann milling heads, the FZH400 ensures an extremely efficient milling process during the machining of aluminum and composites. The versatility of the M3ABC 3-axis milling head improves efficiency due to the maximized material removal rate, in particular when machining structural parts. An integral standard component of the FZH400 is its pallet handling capability with an area for setting up pallets during machine operation. The newly developed handling system permits the reliable transportation of the pallets, is suitable for longer pallet lengths, and can be extended without difficulty.

The sturdy and easy chamfering machine is designed for deburring and chamfering of small to large workpieces from 5 mm thickness. The hardened and sanded guide rails must be turned for smaller and thinner workpieces starting with a thickness of 2 mm. Thanks to the optimised interplay of cutter head and cutting inserts, the machine ensures clean and constant chamfering. A chamfer width of up to 12 mm is possible in NE metals and a chamfer width of up to 10mm in steel. The cutting edge length of the cutting inserts can be used 100% thanks to the innovative axially adjustable motor shaft. The ASO 650-WSL has speed regulation that is very useful when processing aluminum or stainless steel and a gradual angle adjustment in a range from 15-45°. A radius processing from R1.2 to R6 is possible with different cutting inserts. For longer workpieces or serial part production, we recommend optimizing the feed unit with pressing pressure, surface quality, feed speed and service life of tools.

The KSM 125 and KSM 130 edge grinding machines are designed for deburring and edge cutting of small to big workpieces starting with a thickness of 2 mm. The chamfer is scrubbed and finished in one step with our two-zone grinding disc. The chamfer setting is made by opening / closing the prism. This is used effectively and efficiently through the axial adjustable corundum grinding disc. The KSM 125 has an integrated extraction socket for connection to an extraction system. A water cooler is installed in the KSM 130. The machines are equipped with hardened and polished guide rails. Hardened workpieces and HSS materials can be processed p to 5mmx45° in multiple steps. For longer workpieces or serial part production, we recommend optimizing the feed unit with pressing pressure, surface quality, feed speed and service life of tools. The machines can be installed on an undercarriage for flexible use in a workshop.

The FS 5 is a sturdy and extremely cost-effective chamfering machine with cutter head and cutting inserts. Straight edges of cube-shaped workpieces can be easily chamfered. It is designed for deburring and chamfering small workpieces starting with a thickness of 3 mm. The sturdy casing, the sanded guide rails and the integrated swarf boxes convince in every regard. The V-prism is foldable for changing the reversible cemented carbide inserts. Thanks to the optimised interplay of cutter head and cutting inserts, the machine ensures clatter-free, clean and constant chamfering. The chamfer setting is made through a knurled handwheel. A chamfer width of up to 5 mm is possible in NE metals and a chamfer width of up to 3mm in steel. The machine has a switch-on duration of 10 - 30%/h.

The small and compact edge processing machine with sliding carriage is designed for chamfering and grinding small to medium-sized workpieces starting with a thickness of 1 mm. The light aluminium casing, the wear-resistant and sanded guide rails, the speed regulation and the optionally available extraction sockets convince in every regard. The sliding carriage protects the workpiece surface of components that are sensitive to scratches. The workpiece is inserted in the V-prism from the sliding carriage. The processing is performed by pushing the sliding carriage with workpiece over the tool. The travel path is 210mm. The sliding carriage can be locked in place for longer components. Our variety of high-quality solid carbide chamfers provide for vibration-free, clean and constant chamfering quality depending on the material. A chamfer width of up to 4 mm is possible in NE metals and a chamfer width of up to 2mm in steel.

AF 165 is a tabletop device for the lightning-fast and efficient removal burrs. Faceting and deburring machine with fixed angle of 45° and gradually set chamfer width for all metals. Its special area includes the removal of saw burrs and roughing burrs so that workpieces can be further processed and are safe to use. BKE 550 is a table or permanent device for extremely fast, double-sided deburring of sheet parts from all metals (including stainless steel), up to approx. 5 mm sheet-metal thickness, in a single step. The BKE 550 sheet deburring machine is for the highest demands in effective, fast and safe deburring. The double-sided deburring of sheets is guaranteed through the machine construction with two finned grounding wheels, which are installed directly on motor shafts that run opposite. Smaller and handy workpieces can be placed and processed with a horizontal table. Large metal sheets and strips can also be deburred with a vertical table. The KKF3-SL, a universal chamfering and contour milling machine, has a measuring head attachment. Tools with a shaft diameter from Ø6-12 mm can be clamped in the milling cutter support. Our versatile tool range includes different VHM milling cutters and blade heads. The VHM milling cutters are available for the processing of chamfer angles and radii. Ball bearings with Ø6 or Ø8mm are used for contour processing with the VHM milling cutters. Tapered contour chamfers are used in combination with optional guide fingers or stop rulers. The use of cutter heads with cutting inserts and guide ball bearings starting at Ø10mm permit maximum efficiency. A guide prism with VHM shaft chamfering can optionally be used for straight edges. The exact chamfer setting is performed through a micrometer screw. A chamfer width of up to 6mm at 45° is possible in steel. In NE metals, significantly larger chamfers are possible depending on the tool and angle.
