Back in 1931 the history of an inimitable brush began: Kullen-Koti was already the patentee for this spiral brush with a double-sheet backing tape. Since then we have been developing this brush type and have manufactured the most variations. But one thing always remained the same: the double-sheet backing tape. Because of our experience, this system is the most effective and safe method. See our illustration which shows you the construction. Available brush sections: We manufacture our spiral brushes with four different section types in backing widths (WB) ranging from 4 mm to 18 mm. According to your requirements we choose the appropriate backing width considering the essential parameters: core diameter, fill material, fill density and working conditions. We supply backing tapes in bright steel as well as galvanised steel or stainless steel and acid/heat-resistant steel quality 1.4301, 1.4571, and 1.4541 (AISI 304, 316Ti) Manifoldness The roller brush coils with roller core are...

Our sealing brushes are available in many forms and with a wide variety of profiles. These profiles can also be used as mounting flanges, for example in a self-adhesive design, or fixed by screws or by welding. As our standard types which are available from stock we chose our most demanded sealing brushes concerning the trim heights and overall lengths. Our standard types we supply from stock in 7 different profile types made of galvanised steel, heat-resistant also in high thermal fluctuations. The stock types are filled with polyamide (PA6), mane hair (MAH) and phosphorbronze-wire (PHB).

Heat-resistant wheels and castors are used in a variety of areas, from the food industry to medical engineering and other industrial applications. Requirements for these wheels and castors are equally diverse: in addition to withstanding high temperatures, they also need to meet hygiene requirements, resist corrosion and support heavy loads. Blickle has eight different wheel series in its standard range to cover these applications. These include series with specialised, highly heat resistant solid rubber and a pressed steel or synthetic rim. Wheel series made of nylon, phenolic resin and cast iron round out the range of heat-resistant wheel series. Temperature resistance ranges from -200°C up to +600°C, depending on the wheel series.
