Depending on the industrial sector, more or less complex processes take place with more or less difficult media. These media are needed either for the production process itself or for supporting processes and can have very special properties. Thanks to the VERINOX used, Lipp can tailor the tank material exactly to medium and process and thus offer the best technical and economic solution. Parts and accessories can also be individually selected and installed according to the project. The industrial version of the progressive cavity pump HD-E-SR transfers the advantages of the drum pump to highly viscous media. With its easily detachable design and small outer diameter (max. 41 mm), it enables the filling of viscous liquids up to 30,000 mPas. Special feed line for brake fluid. The supply line connects the brake fluid reservoir and the brake cylinder with one another.

The pump set is suitable for corrosive, aqueous to slightly viscous media. FLUX flow meters constructed on the nutating disc principle (FMC), oval rotor (FMO) or the turbine principle (FMT), provide the right solution for every application. Depending on model and overall size they can be used on e.g. FLUX drum pumps or stationary e.g. in pipe lines. Using the digital display unit FLUXTRONIC® for FMC and FMO filling and metering processes can be carried out for virtually all liquids with maximum precision and the greatest possible safety. In automatic mode there is the possibility of transmitting signals for control purposes. In this way differing processes can be regulated.

The positive displacement pump has an easily detachable outer tube, a bearing head with mechanical seal and a free-running shaft with an eccentric screw as the pumping element - all easy to dismantle and clean. The Pump tube can be suitably combined with our single-phase motor. fluid 020 is silicone- and solvent-free release agent. It can be used for all types of plastics (even TPEs) and all kinds of processing. A post treatment of moulded parts with fluid 020 is possible. The maximum operating temperature of fluid 020 is 180°C.

fluid 050/H1 dissolves pollutions like: oils, greases, resins, silicon, residues of anti-corrosion agents, colorbatches, etc. It evaporates without residues. Fluid 050/H1 can be used fast evaporating lubricant during the assembly of rubber parts.

fluid 040 is an NSF- M1 registred, silicone- and solvent-free, release agent. The M1 classification is the highest approval by NSF for release agents, similar to H1 for lubricants and anti-corrosives. fluid 040 can be used for all types of thermoplastic and thermoset casting resins, but especially for plastics which are sensitive to tension cracks. The maximum operating temperature of fluid 040 is 170°C.

fluid 010 dissolves pollutions like: oils, greases, resins, silicon, residues of anti-corrosion agents, colorbatches, etc. It evaporates without residues.

fluid 015 dissolves pollutions like: oils, greases, resins, silicon, residues of anti-corrosion agents, colorbatches and tough stains like baked-on polymer residues. It evaporates very slow, but without residues.

fluid 435 prevents corrosion during long-term stock storages and short-term outside storages, even in areas with high air moisture. fluid 435 is a reliable protective against sea-water atmosphere. fluid 435 does not penetrate small gaps or narrow clearances. fluid 435 is also offered in the colors red and green. The colors are working as an indicator, to prevent over-spraying and excess application.

fluid 500 KE is extremely hydrophobic, therefore high polished surfaces can be protected perfectly. It prevents corrosion during long-term stock storages and short-term outside storages, even in areas with high air moisture. fluid 500 KE is a reliable protective against sea-water atmosphere. fluid 500 KE can be used as corrosion protection during EDM. There will not be any influence on the conductivity of the transmitting medium. fluid 500 KE does not penetrate small gaps or narrow clearances.

Goodridge HL836 AN-04 and AN-06 Aluminium hard line is the ultimate light weight hard line solution; ideal for air jack, fuel, oil and water applications. The Hycot® tube is a corrosion resistant, light weight, precision drawn aluminium tube with a polyamide coating; providing strength and rigidity whilst allowing it to be formed to suit the installation. HL 836 fitting design does not require the tube to be flared, in addition a range of banjo, tee-piece, male and female fittings are available to complete the installation of complex systems, in tight environments.

The 200 series hose features a reinforced chlorinated Polyethylene (CPE) synthetic rubber liner, wrapped in a double stainless steel external braid for additional resistance to abrasion. Ideal for use outside the cockpit, engine bay and underneath vehicles where abrasive protection is required.

Goodridge 811 series patented reusable fittings are designed for the G-Line XF-910 and XF-811 hoses. The 811 reusable fittings range can be assembled using basic hand tools.

The G-Line XF 811 is the stainless-steel braided equivalent to the G-Line XF 910. The hose features a smooth bore, externally convoluted, carbon impregnated, anti-static PTFE liner, wrapped in a Stainless Steel braid. In addition to the 711 crimp and 4000 series crimp/draw swage fittings, the G-Line XF 811 hose can be assembled using 811 reusable fittings, without the need for specialist tooling.

The G-Line XF 910 is the lightest smoothbore hose in the Goodridge range. The hose features a smooth bore, externally convoluted, carbon impregnated, anti-static PTFE liner, wrapped in a super lightweight Aramid fibre braid. In addition to the 711 crimp and 4000 series crimp/draw swage fittings, the G-Line XF 910 hose can be assembled using 811 reusable fittings, without the need for specialist tooling.
