FLEXIBLE, SAFE AND PROVEN THE WORLD OVER – THE LIPP DOUBLE SEAM SYSTEM Conventional systems are often unsuitable for the optimum, safe storage of solid or liquid substances and their use can result in premature corrosion, leaks and problems with safety. Flexibility is another important factor. Tanks must be flexible in terms of size and substrate and optimally adaptable to the local conditions. THE LIPP DOUBLE SEAM SYSTEM HAS PROVEN ITSELF TIME AND TIME AGAIN ALL OVER THE WORLD FOR MORE THAN 45 YEARS MULTI AWARDED. The principle of the LIPP Double Seam System is as follows the edges of steel strips are folded over together twice, connecting them together in such a way that even aggressive liquids inside the tank cannot find any surfaces to attack. The result corrosion is prevented and maximum leak tightness is achieved.

Keiper open-ended PU timing belts are made of abrasion-resistant polyurethane and high-strength steel cords or aramid cords and are available in open lengths. These timing belts are very suitable for synchronous conveying and positioning applications because they have very high flexibility and can be made with many different tooth shapes and materials; when combined with different tension cords, innumerable applications are possible. Keiper open-ended PU timing belts can be produced endless welded and by the meter in almost all lengths and widths. Based on this combination of high-quality materials and production methods, these belts exhibit outstanding mechanical, chemical and physical properties. Endless welded timing belts are available in any length. Welded PU timing belts primarily are used in conveying technology.

Retention samples are kept to provide a sample for comparison at a later date. The unambiguous proof that the retention sample is identical to the original sample is only possible with clearly marked and sealed containers. If a container opening is closed with seal-it, then the container cannot be opened without destroying the seal-it label. seal-it is additionally provided with several cross-perforations which immediately tear when manipulated like a motorcar tax disc.

Bags with the ”zipper” closure for storing, collecting, protecting and shipping of specimens, samples and sales products. Contents remain dust-free. The film is waterproof and has good tear resistance.

The intermittent Form Fill and Seal machines flexo 500/700 Push are pusher-machines that wrap difficult products with ease, such as glass bottles in bundles or salt and pepper shakers. They collect and group the products in order to subsequently push them into the film. In order to ensure that no products tilt over, our machines maintain physical contact with the articles to be packaged until they are safely in the bag. The transversal sealing unit is designed as an intermittent version and processes a wide range of films and product dimensions. The packaging style features a bottom overlap.

Stepless flow regulation: With the tubing clamp stop-it's knurled screw, a stepless, delicate flow regulation or complete stop of the flow are possible, even for existing hose connections. The hose is compressed over a wide area against the sturdy steel hook in order to prevent it from being damaged.
