Tanks are erected via a construction method exclusively employed and developed by LIPP, delivering customizable tanks for any application with a volume of 10,000m3 or more. Perfectly matched to the purpose of each installation, each tank incorporates large volume with a customized interior. Programming is completely done in-house according to DIN EN 61131-3. The preferred programming languages used are either Siemens’ Step 7 or 3S’ CodeSys. The hardware depends on the application: it ranges from miniature control systems to computer solutions with connections to the office world in order to document the manufacturing process ideally. Container systems, which can be used flexibly at different locations, are available as well as our skidded units, which are completely frame-mounted and automated production units. Recipe control, visualization, weighing, measurement and control technology, containers and piping, CIP systems - all plants are completely assembled in our factory. After a test run under production conditions they are accepted by you. Our technicians are available to you on site for installation, commissioning and service.
