The NDIR bundle medical gases is a test set of perfectly matched components for gas analysis in the medical environment. The bundle offers a selection of IR emitters and detectors for the measurement of common gases such as CO2, CO, N2O, hydrocarbons, halothane, x fluranes or alcoholic compounds: three IR emitters of the JSIR 350 series in different housings and seven matched thermopile IR detectors with two or four channels of the MTS 200 series. Developers thereby achieve rapid results in the project phase: short-term availability of infrared components in small quantities; evaluation and testing of products and various components in one measuring system. Fast test results in the development of medical technology systems and devices help to achieve a significant competitive edge until the series product is ready for the market. Often, special requirements cannot be standardized. For this reason, we configure our sensors to your individual requirements. Modifications of the offset distance or measuring range, cable and connector variants and modifications to the housing and optical system are often required.

With laser generation, components are built up layer by layer from powdered metallic materials used in serial production such as 1.2709 steel or 1.4543 steel. Thanks to state-of-the-art technology, this enables us to transfer your computer-generated 3D/CAD models reliably over to their physical form. Here, thin coats of the powder materials are applied to a base object before being melted using a laser into the desired contour. This process is continued on a revolving basis until the workpiece is complete with the final geometric form and the relevant functional properties. Incidentally, we reclaim excess powder material during this process and use all of it for later productions again. Our services in sample development also include technical springs, which we produce in small batches for your sample application. Traditional sample development services are a new addition to our portfolio. Here, we produce a small-scale series of your bent strip parts from original materials.

From the Idea to Prototyping to Series Production and Evolution – MicroControl plans, develops and manufactures individual solutions. MicroControl experts will work in close liaison with the customer to realize hardware and software for the desired application. In a following step, a prototype will be developed and manufactured – either by the customer or MicroControl. In the conceptual stage, the required technical specifications of the customer’s application are checked continually.

Programming is completely done in-house according to DIN EN 61131-3. The preferred programming languages used are either Siemens’ Step 7 or 3S’ CodeSys. The hardware depends on the application: it ranges from miniature control systems to computer solutions with connections to the office world in order to document the manufacturing process ideally. By working closely together with our customers we attain individual use of technological possibilities.
